Wish I could give zero. Cold food, small portion for a medium mac, my ice cream with strawberry syrup was basically drowned in syrup, I threw it away immediately because it was ruined basically . I much prefer the Rainbow location, I was just in the area at the time and wanted ice cream lol.

During my drive-thru experience yesterday I encountered a very impressive young Man named D'Angelo. He was very engaging and attentive to assuring my order was delivered with care. He was Strong, Engaging and professional. After a not so good experience with someone at the location a couple years ago, my experience with D'Angelo more than made up for it.

Sadly this was my third and last time eating the cold chicken wrap since i got pinched on the lip mid eating my second half of the wrap by a big pincher bug aka earwig that was in the lettuce…definitely shocked that it happened and still hurts where it pinched me but the manager was super nice took a photo of that scared bug im guessing to report it and refunded the wrap but i didnt know this was even a thing and looking it up online for it to even mention that it technically is common for chick fil a is wild, just fair warning be careful with the lettuce that bug really hurts its not poisonous but it pinches badddd🥲 and tbh bugs are gross in general 😅😷 i was there today with my husband and little sister at around 2-3pm at this location for the first time too we usually go to the one near craig ranch not the lakes and i didnt take a photo cause it all happened so fast and i was trying not to freak out and make a big scene but we def threw everything else away appetite was ruined sadly🥲💀

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minute while the person in the other line wasn’t handling orders
Just picked up lunch for me and my husband. I immediately thought what is going on with chik fil a when I looked in the bag and saw so many sauces, looked like a McDonald’s order. Chik fil has always gone beyond on training their employees, but I’m assuming not any more. My salads I ordered are so bad, I won’t even try to eat them. Does anyone even do a quality check of their products they are selling? Sucks, because I took my husband lunch to work because I wanted to do something nice for him today since he was so stressed and had just gotten a Starbucks coffee that was made incorrectly. Now he has 2 bad products he can’t even eat today.

I think they ate getting lazy, or i am just getting over their product. I got 3 different items, a sandwich. The nuggets and the fingers..... they are not the quality they used to be. The people are amazing, great service!

I had a 12 piece nugget combo with fries and Strawberry Lemonade. My food was cold.... very cold. I was disappointed. Not my normal experience but my experience nonetheless. Maybe next time 🤷🏾♀️
