We usually use the drive‑thru at this location but decided to go inside this time. After waiting for a minute, we walked up to Joe at the counter. Joe asked for our order, but then got distracted with the register and asked again. I gave my order and requested crispy fries. Joe told me that fries could not be modified. I explained that on several past visits the fries here have been cold and soft, and he simply said to bring them back up if that happened. His tone carried a bit of attitude, and honestly, many of the workers at this location seem disengaged from their jobs.
When our food arrived, sure enough, the fries were cold and soft again. The young woman who initially brought our food took them back without issue. A few minutes later, another employee — a younger Black woman wearing a grey shirt, with braids that had blonde pieces throughout — brought out the replacement fries. She handed them over with a dismissive “here are your fries, we don’t modify fries,” and her attitude made the interaction feel unnecessarily unpleasant.
The problem here isn’t just the fries — it’s consistency and customer service. Other locations we visit don’t have this issue, and the staff there seem to care about the food and the customers. This location, however, failed on both fronts. Cold, soft fries and employees who act like customers are inconveniences do not reflect the brand’s reputation for top‑notch service.
Even though this restaurant is close to home, the repeated poor experiences make it hard to justify coming back. Management needs to address both food quality and employee engagement if they want to retain customers.

I’m really disappointed with this location. I ordered on DoorDash. The salad does not list that bacon as an ingredient so therefore it is not supposed to come with bacon, and theres also no option to request anything in the special instructions. This has happened before, and I do not eat bacon, so now I can’t eat this meal. Also, the salad had chicken strips thrown on top instead of the sliced chicken it normally comes with, and no dressing was included even though I requested extra ranch.
This isn’t the quality or accuracy I expect.

Terrence was absolutely amazing. He gave us very good customer service. We were very confused about how we came in. He figured everything out from the jump. And still respected us with kindness and consideration I will be definitely coming back to this location only because of Terrence

I just wanted to say thank you to one of the cashier Zoe. There was an issue with trying to get my food, but she was honest about what may have happened to it and got me my order, being very kind and patient.

I wanted to try it so bad because of the TV commercials, plus the lines of cars out in the parking lots, now after taste it and all, I've to say that I'm very very disappointed! Nothing special about it and i don't get all the craze about it! 🤔🤔🤔❓️
