Friendly staff and lots of options. Just sort of all blended together. The dessert cake was like rose water corn bread. The chicken and beef skewers were a bit gummy. The lamb shank needed additional something. The rices were overcooked and reheated. The grilled veggies were good as was the grape leaves wrapped rice.

I recently had the misfortune of trying the worst dishes I've ever had at Chickpeas. For a whopping $42, I asked for my kabob to be cooked well done, but it wasn't even close. The salad lacked any discernible seasoning and the sumac was nowhere to be found. But the real tragedy was the rice - it was clearly left over from days ago and of poor quality. It was so bad that I couldn't even bring myself to eat it, let alone smell it. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Chickpeas anytime soon. 1/10 would not recommend.

First, the positives - the kabob and meat quality was excellent. I did not eat from the buffet, rather ordered off the menu. Everything else was very mediocre. The rice was old (probably from the buffet), the service was indifferent. I did not feel welcome at the place, unfortunately. Disappointed after seeing all of the positive reviews. My guess is that this is more of a buffet-eaters restaurant. I prefer to order from a menu.

FANTASTIC LUNCH BUFFET terrific selection, ALL FRESHLY MADE , excellent price mon - Fri ( weekday buffet ) $18 ! plenty of parking , clean seating , very spacious !
