After going to Burger King and Wendy’s and found that they have terrible service today we were very happy to walk into Chili’s and get greeted, served by a nice waitress ( can’t remember her name but it was different)
The smashed burger and fries were excellent and the enchilada soup was great.
My wife had a plain burger and fries and soup and loved it.
We left very satisfied and full.
The price was not bad.

The server and service were horrible, we got our check before even checking on us. Didn’t get a refill how was your food desserts or anything else. Never checked on after food delivery. Besides the service the steak was 12/10 so Delicious. Cooked to perfection juicy medium rare seasoned and buttered. OMG I can go for another great steak right now . I upgraded and got the new buttered mushrooms and loaded potato. The mushrooms were so delicious I can’t even explain how amazing they were. Some of the freshest mushrooms I ever had. A generous portion of mushrooms in a soup cup. This steak plate was the pick three deal for 16.99. You may choose from multiple options as low as 10.99 great deal. You get a appetizer drink and entree choice on price range

Host took forever to seat us despite it not being busy at all. Waiter took even longer. Appetizer came out so fast that it had to have been pre-prepared and was soggy as if it had been microwaved. Ice tea was mostly water. Fajitas came out so over cooked it was inedible. We paid $70 for one of the worst lunches i have ever had. This place has gone way downhill.
