Chili's Grill & Bar

This was my first time ever at chilis I’ve never been to one before and I had the ribs with loaded macaroni and cheese and it was so delicious I couldn’t even get a picture because I dove right in 😋 I also tried my girlfriend chicken strips and fries which were also delicious and whoever made this food today made it out of love ❤️ thank you chilis for giving me a great experience

Placed a mobile order 5/6/25 @ 4:30pm. Came in to pick it up and Danielle and Nargus (sorry if I spelled that wrong) were extra sweet! They were kind, patient and very welcoming! I really appreciate their customer service and great energy after a long day!

I asked if they could toss my Mozzarella Sticks and crispers in buffalo sauce instead of Nashville sauce because I find the Nashville sauce too salty and they wouldn’t do it for me. I used to be a cook at Chili’s on Decatur and 215 so I know how it simple it would be to accommodate. But they wouldn’t do it for me.

Everything tasted terrible

I tried to do the post-dinner survey, but it timed out before I could finish. The food was good. I ordered the Tripple Dipper and it was great, but the mac and cheese was extremely watery. Jessica was a fantastic server. She was very kind and attentive for me and my table, and we hope that she's our server again in the future when we return.

My first time in Vegas and also my first time drinking flys. Yep. That's right flys. Service was slow food came out wrong and to top it all off my drink had small gnats in it. I drunk some and felt something go down my throat , at first I thought it was some lemon pulp since I ordered an Arnold Palmer but to my surprise when I opened the lid there were gnats. I waited to let someone know but no one came so I walked to the kitchen area where I saw the manager standing, I explained my experience and first he told me it wasn't a fly so in order to disprove me he started to take them out the cup and crunch them up, only then did he agree with me that they were in fact flys. He didn't offer me anything but another drink from the same disgusting source. I'm disappointed and disgusted with how the was handled. Eww 🌶 i have pictures but I can't figure out how to post

Had a great meal at a great price. Took advantage of their 3 for me deal. Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and had a huge piece of chicken. Our server Walter was great. Super attentive and accommodating. He made the meal even better.

One of the best Chili's we've ever been to!

This is my first time coming to chili's in a very long time! I have to say, I got the best service from our waiter! His name is Walter and he went above and beyond! I don't have any other words to say but thank you for the best experience! i'm grateful he was our server!
Also there was a fire in the kitchen
and my man went above and beyond to put that fire out! He saved a lot of lives including mine! Thank you Walter! We don't know what we would do without you!
Keep on going above and beyond!
