I just left I had Jocelyn as a server right off bat she was rude she snatched my id out my hand so I snatched it back and she asked me why I took it that way and I told her because she did the same to me she begin to mock me in a whiny voice as I was trying to talk I tried to let it go once she took our orders she begin to make jokes and be rude and I told her to tone it down before I go off she asked me was I playing I told her absolutely not that she needed to calm down before i escalate it. While waiting on my food she was intentionally ignoring me and asking my friend questions such as if she was wanted more to drink while her drink was full and mine was empty when my phone came the order was wrong and once I was pointing it out she begin to get loud and point her finger at me which is unacceptable! The manager Hailey ended up stepping in and made it better however her attitude and customer service skills is not a good representation of chilis and it needs to be addressed because I did not deserve to be talked to or treated in that manner

Have gone here three times. The first time was terrible service, took forever to get service after being sat, even the table behind us that came 15/20 minutes after us recieved service before us. Thought we'd give them another shot the second time and recieved Great service. Now its Veterans day and my husband (a Veteran) and our family came. Absolutely terrible service, once again we were sat and forgotten about while the table behind us who were sat after us and recieved drinks. While we sat with our three children and no one hadn't even come to take our drink order. We were so upset we left. My husband spoke with the manager but she was the one that sat us to begin with and walked past us numerous times as she sat others.
I will definitely be following up with Chili's corporation.
