Terrible service. Our waitress was absolutely terrible she had dark hair, worked in the evening. Had to ask for dipping sauce 3 times and then she kept rolling her eyes at my friend and I like we were a bother to her asking for a ranch and glass of water when she could. I was very very patient because I work in the food industry so I completely understand! but this girl was so incredibly rude. It was super slow in the restaurant as well so didn’t understand why we were treated so rudely.

I remember a different Chili's. This was not it. At all. Ordered the ribeye; got a sad thin piece of meat that was bland, dry, and chewy. Best part of the meal was the streamed broccoli. Mashed potatoes were... Okay. I'm honestly offended. Won't be back.

Not a 5 because it isn't the best at any one thing. But I know what I am getting with chili's and they deliver every time
We won't be going back for a long while. Service was not good and kept getting weirder the longer we were there. Our server was incredibly unprofessional and couldn't stop talking about Bill dying. Poor Bill, but that was weird and she couldn't stay in one spot to answer any questions. If we didn't order as fast as she thought we should, she would run off to the bar and stand there staring at us. She made it very clear we were taking too much of her time. Was really upset to see my $30 steak was boiled or really old and had a sear only on one side and cooked far past what I had asked. It was inedible. They couldn't even be bothered to melt the cheese on top of the loaded mashed potatoes.

Short wait to be seated. Got a burger. The food was tasty. I wanted to try their peanut butter pie, as usual, the picture of it looked better than it tasted

I really love ana her services was excellent the reason a 4 star is because of the first server but she took over not sure why but happy she did her services was a 5 star.
