Chili's Grill & Bar

Called ahead for a party of 11. Once we arrived, nobody was aware we were coming. The restaurant was maybe 25% occupied, but we were told to wait 20 minutes and to step aside as they served customers behind us. It was a very poor first impression. The actual server did a good job once we were seated. However, the drink and food runners that helped her were completely disorganized and confused. There are better restaurants for larger groups than this one.

We came a little after 1pm today. Waiter sat us down. Group of 3 with a baby. No one came and or even offered drink for 20 minutes. We saw guest that came after us get their orders in. We decided to leave and get food elsewhere after no one came to service us.

What a turnaround for this brand. We hadn't been in a long time, but decided to try their 3 for me deal. Such a great deal, non alcoholic drink, choice of app which we always chios and salsa. The size is so large we eat one there and take one home. Then you have a choice of select entree, burgers , chicken sandwiches etc. Burgers are large and delicious, served with fries. The service at this particular spot is always great and we like sitting in the bar area without kids!!! We have gone from visiting Chili's every other year to at least once a month.

Food was just Okay, App sampler was fried but really greasy. Burger was good. Never order pasta at Chili's, It was worse than chef boyardee.

Vanessa is an outstanding waitress, her hospitality after a long day & a hot meal was top tier!! Highly recommend to many guest as possible!!

Got take out. I don't usually eat at chain restaurants but those dang viral mozzarella sticks influenced me.
I got the 3 for Me and a small order of the mozzarella sticks. It took me about 20 min to get home the food was still warm the chicken sandwich I got was really good the bun was soft and sandwich was huge. I got the chips and salsa that came with it and subbed a salad for fries. It was a lot of good food and reasonably priced. The Togo person was so nice he genuinely seemed to like his job. He went over all the food and made sure I had everything I wish I had gotten his name. I'd go to this location again.

Our server was nice but my friends were TOO nice. I tried to tell them to send their food back but they didn't. Certain menu items are pretty bad. Burgers and appetizers can be good, but things like pasta/steak/fajitas dinner plates are not good. Places like Denny's and Chili's are only reliable for certain items.

Our server, Brandon, was great. We were there Friday evening Nov 22. It was odd that my food was brought to me 20 minutes before everyone else and that is the main reason for the lower review.

Visited Chili’s on October 30, 2024. Sat in a booth close to the bar. Waitress came within two minutes, took our orders and our food came in less than 10 minutes. The atmosphere was very nice. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded at lunchtime. Our waitress was an absolute doll. I had the chicken sandwich with fries for $10.99, and it was tasty. Their chips and salsa was very good so I asked for a container so that I could take the rest of my chips home to eat later, but the host brought me back a full bag of their chips plus a container of their delicious salsa. That was really nice. Also try the Chili’s on E. Craig Rd. across from the Cannery hotel and casino. The food there was absolutely delicious as well.
