Quickand Simple. This is by far the berst deal right now for a decent lunch. I love this place Always plenty of parking , normally we are seated immediately, this time it was a 15 min wait. I have an easy item that has become my regular the 3 for Me. We both ordered the smash burger comes with a lot of fries and you get a soup starter, and unlimited drinks, Totalwas $23.00 Oh yes if you download the app you will get free order of chips and salsa. The service is fantastic and the food is great. So yes I do plan to do this again soon. I recommend this place

On the Friday evening of March the 7th, our Host Jason was amazing, fun and a great person to be around. We are glad we made the decision to stop by for a late dinner. The atmosphere was enjoyable. Their entire staff were friendly and attentive.. my wife and I highly recommend stopping by and ask for Jason to be your host/server.

So I came last night because the Chili’s on Craig Rd was so impressive that I had to come to Chili’s for a second time this week. I should’ve just went back to that location but I was just getting off work so this was the closest one to me at the time. This location was by far the WORST location I’ve been to. The service I received was so horrible. Both the bartender and manager need to be retrained or fired at this point. I sat at the bar, my bartender was Adolfo. I ordered the 3 for me special. I got the chips & salsa in which I usually LOVE.. I couldn’t even eat it. The chips tasted like they haven’t changed their grease in months. I returned the chips to the food runner for new chips. The new chips came out exactly the same. I ordered the 6oz sirloin cooked medium with the loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Adolfo came to check on me after my food was delivered before I took a bite and asked me was everything okay. I told him yes. Everything looked fine but mind you I haven’t even touched my food yet. Once I bit into my steak, I was so disappointed. The steak had no flavor and it was cooked more medium well than medium. Adolfo NEVER came back to check on me. He finally came back to me after about 30 mins.. mind you… they were not busy at all. I told him about the chips and I told him about my steak and all he said was “ok thanks for letting me know”… He didn't apologize, he didn’t do anything but have his manager take the chips & salsa off my check. I was thinking at least the manager would come talk to me or do something. I ended up asking for the manager and the manager was even worse than the bartender. I told him my issues and he had no compassion at all. He seemed so upset he even had to come talk to me. I work in the service industry and I’ve never experienced service like that in my entire life. I literally will never come back to this location ever again. At this point, the manager should just resign and find a new industry because he is not meant for the hospitality industry at all. He’s gonna run all your customers away. I’m assuming they just thought I wanted something free but in reality I just wanted some compassion and for my food to be good :(

They continue to be a really finely managed restaurant. The server was very attentive and well-trained. The food was also excellent. I had the smashburger and it was a delicious juicy burger. The french fries were a bit stale.

Great restaurant. Love the 3 for Me menu but so sad that they stopped serving their Chili. It was my daughter’s favorite and how does Chili’s not serve Chili?

WHY THE HYPE ??

I ordered the triple dipper just to throw everything away. I spent $40 on food to not eat any of it. I haven’t eaten at Chili’s in an extremely long time and this experience reminded me why. Everything was soggy, fries were old then covered in cheese and melted. My husband made the better choice of choosing somewhere else to eat. I’m sad I didn’t follow his lead and wasted money.

I am disappointed in Chili’s! I usually love to get wings and other things from here. But out of the 3-4x I have been to this location something is always wrong. The first time my chicken was under cooked and chewy and the response when I explained to them was very dismissive. Fast forward to last night I got chicken wings, fries, and street corn. I was soooo ready for the corn for my corn to be over cooked, wrapped in foil so all the sauce was soaked in, cold, and burnt. I was extremely agitated! I called the manager who was apologetic. But I can’t believe the cook would take the time to wrap that corn up and send it out knowing it would be seen. ( all of this was a call in order for me to pick up)
