If you're in Vegas I HIGHLY recommend you stop by Chin Chin (located inside New York New York). The food, service, and location was a 10/10. The staff constantly checked in to ensure my guests and I were taken care of. The vibes were absolutely perfect! My favorite dishes were Honey Walnut Shrimp, Potstickers, and Caterpillar Roll. For dessert the Okinawa Snow is an absolute MUST!

We decided to stay at the Hotel to eat when we arrived. It was the best decision we could’ve made. The food was excellent! We had edamame, Chinese chicken salad, Mongolian beef, and schezwan green beans. Each of the dishes were expertly prepared and delicious. However, nothing compared to the wonderful service. Not intrusive. Very upbeat, well versed in the menu and very genuine people. Every restaurant should be as lucky to have the best wait staff as are Pedro and Andrew. They made our meal an experience.

I was craving noodles and this place did not disappoint. I had lunch here and ordered rhe Night Market Noodles with chicken. The sauce was very tasty with a nice blend of sweet and spicy and the portion was good size and included a good amount of chicken and lots of veggies. I noticed they had a lot of sushi options as well and I would try that next visit. Service was friendly and attentive .

Good service, cozy atmosphere. Food is also delicious. The only thing is the ingredient quality might be better.

The prices are what you'd expect from Vegas, expensive. The spicy honey chicken and cashew chicken were mediocre. The spicy tuna roll was $25 and the worst I have ever had, I ate 2 pieces. The tiger roll was good, not excellent but good. In hindsight I would have went to Panda Express. I'd probably skip Chinese and go to nine fine Irishman, tom's urban or anyplace else. The food wasn't great, the service however was fantastic.

after eating here 3 years ago and now staying at the New York Hotel My wife insisted we eat here again. Our server became busy serving at the bar , however I waved down the manager who introduced herself as Amber. She is extremely courteous and did a great job being sure all our needs were met and our food was served in a timely manner. Last but not least , I couldn't remember the meal I had few years ago, however my wife did and she was 100 percent correct because the sushi and crab ragoon was outstanding, Coming Back Soon Oh and Amber had us try the dark chocolate fortune cookie and I was

Went to this restaurant on a whim and it was delicious. We had dumplings with cilantro sauce. The sauce was so good. All of our food was good.

Another great trip to Vegas and Chin Chin inside of New York, New York delivered all week! The staff was amazing, food was amazing, and good vibes all around. Lots of fighters rolling through to eat as well since it was fight week, UFC 300! Everything was delicious from the breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner and there are too many things to list, but here are our must do's: BBQ Pork Spareribs, Garlic Chili Wontons, Chinese Chicken Salad, Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Pepper Steak, Green Beans & the Okinawa Snow was the perfect light dessert to finish off a meal! Shoutout to all the staff who made us feel welcomed and taken care of: Amber, Jen, Tommy, Moon, Jitra, Jessica and everyone there! We will see you all again soon!

Vacationing in Vegas. Easily made a reservation on Open Door.Really like the atmosphere. The wait and server were friendly.I ordered the Beef Pepper Steak. The menu description does describe it as mild spicy, but I personally would change the rating to hot & spicy. The pepper was so overwhelming that I could not eat it. I did have a California roll which was good.My husband order sweet & sour chicken and volcano roll. He enjoyed both very well. The only reason I rated with a 4 Star is because of the Pepper Steak dish. No matter how much I tired mixing it with rice or using soy sauce I could not tame the spice.
