The beef and the chicken were just bad. The beef was hammered out sinew and the orange chicken was mostly the breading covering bone splinters and joint material.

I went to eat out with my family I spent over $80 and food was horrible! It was stringy, chewy and NASTY! never would I ever come here again. The only thing good was the smell when I walked in.. I felt like puking when I got home and I felt something stuck in my throat like stringy couldn’t get it out for a minute had to drink a whole water bottle. THATS NOT EVEN ALL OF IT!!! the bathrooms we’re DISCUSSING AND DIRTY!!! and the door would NOT LOCK. Sink was dirty also! and smelled.. I also got SICK the next day and had to go to the doctors!!! UGHHH ⚠️‼️NEVER COME HERE!!! ⚠️‼️ CHINA GOGO SHOULD BE CHINA A NONO! clock it.

This place offers the worst customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. Employees are extremely unfriendly never smile no matter how much you thank them no matter how much you smile at them all you receive is dirty looks. They offer a lunch special until 4:00., however when you call them 5 minutes before 4:00 to receive the lunch special they will not give it to you . They make up lies to try to save $2 on an egg drop soup. However when you dine in they expect you to tip them for this bad service that they give. I will never be returning to this restaurant again I recommend that anybody thinking about going here choose a different restaurant. For myself personally part of the experience is the service that I receive and if I receive nothing but cold body language and negativity that even takes the flavor of the food away and make the whole experience not worth it.
My family and I have dined here regularly however for them apparently saving $2 is worth losing your business along with all your friends and family who would have been spending money in the future. Congratulations restaurant owners you saved $2 and lost about $400 worth of revenue from us and anybody that will be reading this post throughout the future you'll continue to lose revenue. You are extremely smart business owners seems as though all the employees missed the course on business-economics. Anybody with any type of business sense whatsoever would see what an extremely big mistake this was. I really hope the owner reads this post and either retrains everybody in the restaurant or hires new employees because they are making your establishment look extremely bad this is not the correct way to run your store!!!

Portion sizes were huge for the price! This place had really good food and very nice service. This is the first time I've had pan fried noodles since the only restaurant in slc closed that served them. The left over food from my wife's meal and kids menu meal is enough to feed the three of us for lunch tomorrow. Definitely recommend this place!

Wheelchair accessibility: We had our English Mastiff service dog with us and there was plenty of room for him. There would be more than enough room for a wheelchair.

Not as enjoyable as other branches. The language barrier made things difficult, but the food caused diarrhea, and we had to pay extra for every single serving of rice. Other branches always gave us unlimited rice with our dishes. I also felt the service was very curt and unappreciated despite fully tipping for every serving I overpaid for.

Literally witnessed my food prepared. Lid popped open no biggie, right? The gal who bussed the tables, scraping food that was already eaten, into a bin and spraying chemicals, to wipe the table down...she ran over to answer the phone. She never washed her hands and proceeded to finish the to go order.. meaning she bussed a table, answered phones, calculated the order on their point of service system screen then touched the box to close it and wrap up my to go order...I saw another chef wrapping up his lunch break, pulled up his shirt to scratch his stomach and his back end...he disappeared for a bit but then came out to cook on the line. I pray he washed his hands. 2nd time coming to this place....never again. Disgusting.
