Prices went up quality went down. Crispy beef wasn’t very soggy, we live 5 minutes down the road literally, you guy changed the sauce as well. It now essentially taste the same as Panda Express Bejing Beef. You guys became the gold standard but fell from grace. So disappointed 😭

Don't judge this place by its exterior. My husband and I have tried many Chinese restaurants, but China Mama stands out as the best. The orange chicken is exceptional, and every dish we ordered was delicious. The jasmine tea was incredibly fragrant and flavorful. We'll definitely return on our next Vegas trip to explore more options. China Mama has set a high standard for us, and we'll measure other Chinese restaurants against it.

The stir fry green beans are the best I've ever had anywhere. I keep coming back just for that. The rest of the food is just as delicious. China Mama, please open a location on the northwest side of town.

Got the Salt & Pepper Pork Ribs, Fish fillet with pickled mustard greens soup, Crispy Beef, Wonton in Szechuan Pepper Sauce, and Mama's Special Chow Mein. Everything was very tasty, however the fish soup was 50% clear noodles. Minus one star.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm, with soft music playing and beautiful dancers on a TV. My husband and I definitely want to go back!

On 4/5/25 stopped by at the Jones location for lunch at 2:40pm. We were informed that the kitchen was closing in 5 mins (2:45pm). Store signage states restaurant closes at 3pm. Did not stay for lunch. Perhaps signage on door and online should state such.

Amanda what's our waitress and it was her first day and she was so smart phenomenal! And even the owner came over and the manager to our table and make sure everything was just perfect and it was definitely the best Chinese food that I have experienced in a long time play handmade everything I think and the wonton soup was shrimp wontons and loaded with sliced mushrooms that were so good shiitakes maybe. In all a great male a great experience we will be going back with friends. You would have thought a man that worked there for 10 or 15 years she knew so much about the menu and about how the meals were prepared and everything was just amazing for her first day. I've been in the professional restaurant business 10 years in Las Vegas so I know definitely a five-star if I could go 10 star I would but it only lets me pick up to five stars. Enjoy and have fun!!

The moment we walked in the door, we knew we were in the right place. The aromas of authentic Chinese food met us instantly. The friendly, attentive staff made sure all our needs were met. The jasmine tea had to be the best quality tea I’ve experienced out. We had shrimp rolls, Mama’s Special Fried rice and the Crispy Beef exceeded the reviews. Pictures of food indicate we had to eat some first, before taking pics. Looking forward to enjoying more of the menu in the very near future. Thank you, Mama, for a wonderful meal and experience.

Gotta check this place out! We found nothing wrong with it. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was excellent. We went there twice in a 4 day stay! Our favorite was the Big Mouth Roll.

I'm a big fan of China Mama. This location was where it started for me. When it burned down, I was very disappointed. Then I found the Shanghai Plaza store, and I was thrilled. Chef Bing is great. Now the disappointment. I visited the Jones house yesterday because the family wanted rice. It was underwhelming. Lacking flavor with little meat. It's never been their best dish (the beef roll and pot stickers are my favorite), but this was just not up to par. Sadly, good spots rarely last. I will give it another try as I am really attached to this location, its easy parking and less crowded than SP. I have sent countless people your way, locals, and visitors. Please don't let me down next time.
