Food was nothing special. I was told this is the best Chinese place in town but it’s average, I can get the same quality from just about any other Chinese restaurant. The entrees DONT come with rice, which is absurd.Wait time was almost an hour for 2 people, and we were sat in a booth so I can see why they have such a long wait time because they don’t arrange seating well. Our actual waitress was very nice, but it felt rushed because of how many people are waiting to come in and it feels like they food is not made to order as it came very fast. The restaurant is nice looking, but small and crowded and loud.

Overall a good experience in this restaurant. It was our first time here. Located in the new China Town - Arville and Spring mountain. The parking can be an issue. Not enough open spaces especially during dinner time. The ambiance is nice. Nice decor. Clean and organized. Service was very good. We got our dinner delivered on the table very quick.Good was good and tasty. My husband ordered fried pork. It was little hard but delicious. The sizzling rice soup was very good.Manager Ethan was very helpful and professional. We shared with him our feedback. Not too friend of the 3% charge when you pay with card. Most of the time we do not carry cash.I will recommend this restaurant.

I love this place. I have been here several times before and it’s my favorite Chinese food ever. The pork buns, potstickers and crispy beef are not to be missed. The service is always prompt. There is almost always a small wait to get it but it is 100% worth it.

China Mama never disappoints. The dishes I usually get here are consistently good. My go-to order includes their Signature Salted Egg Yolk Prawns, Braised Beef Noodle Soup, Crispy Beef, and, of course, Mapo Tofu. They are all amazing; I can't pick a favorite. Thinking about them makes me want to go there right now. I'm just really bummed that they don't serve XLB here like the original location.Place is small but with good-sized tables. Customer service is decent---not too friendly, but fast.

Who needs to go China to have a authentic tasting food that perfectly hits all the spots....keep it good china mama....loved your food......the pork hock cooked with rock sugar made me cry...its nostalgic bringing back memories how my dad cooks this dish for me....the waitress ask me why am i crying...the story is every spring break coming home ..this kind of dish cooked. since he passed away i forgot how to read ,write and speak chinese . So I asked my leftovers to go...so i could cry better and enjoy my food at home...and maybe i could recall how to speak chinese again

Visited on Christmas Day, and they were busy. I've been to the old location, but for some reason, this locations food was more memorable. Despite the long wait, it was worth it.Be sure to check in on the tablet and be placed on Yelp's waitlist.Food:Crispy BeefHoney Walnut ShrimpEgg Drop SoupComplimentary Hot TeaThe crispy beef was delcious. Good crisp and flavor. Next time, I'd like to order the sauce on the side if possible. The soup was delicious and flavorful. The highlight was the honey walnut shrimp. It was not as sweet as other Chinese restaurants. It was crisp to perfection in every bite. The best I've ever had.Service was also great, and they handled the large crowd coming in.

The portions are huge, so being only two we could not try many different dishes. The pot stickers are very good and the green beans too. The crispy duck was quite good, but maybe not so much. We had to wait more than 1 hour to be seated but it was definitely worth the wait.We will come back to try some other food.

China Mama won me over with delicious food and friendly service! The wait was a bit long - about 30 minutes - but it was totally worth it. This place is clearly popular, so be prepared for a wait on busy nights. But trust me, the food will have you saying "Xie xie!" (Thank you!) in no time.Try the crispy beef you will not be disappointed.

Busy place, but worth the wait. Fresh & authentic Chinese food. Dumplings & buns were made by hand (you can see them thru the glass window, make it). Great portions for sharing.

Great authentic Chinese food… Might be the best I’ve had outside of San Francisco! Especially on the weekends the place gets packed, so get there early otherwise it’s difficult to get a parking spot in the rather small parking lot!

Located on the East side of Shanghai Plaza off Spring Mountain RoadThis is their second location in Las Vegas.Met friends here for a birthday day celebration. Reservations are only accepted for parties of 6 or more guests.Servers were attentiveWhat we ordered:1.) Pot stickers $12.99 these potstickers are made with a thick outer skin I personally do not like this prefer thin skin version.2.) Stir-Fry mixed Vegetables $15.99 the veggies were fresh and cooked just right delicious.3.) Orange Chicken $15.99 the chicken was prepared well but the orange sauce was too sweet.4.) Crispy Beef $18.99 the beef was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, but again was a bit too sweet in taste.5.) Honey Walnut Shrimp $17.99 the outer layer of shrimp was not too crisp and sauce again was too sweet.6.) Sliced Fish Filet w/ Green Onions and Ginger $17.99 this dish was well balanced and cooked perfectly delicious. The portions were good just a few hits and misses on items. We all felt our dining experience at the original location on Jones was much better. Also the dishes came out in such a random order example Potstickers Appetizer came out almost at end of meal.
