The place seems clean, and the cashier was friendly. The cook looked like he was very experienced, and the broccoli beef I got was fine. I also ordered the Hot and Sour soup, and it was labeled seafood on the menu.. I was willing to take a chance, but I think it was badly made imitation seafood in the soup, and the overall flavor was not there.. There was also too many bamboo shoots and all kinds of other stuff taking away from the enjoyment.. I took a couple spoonfuls, and tossed...

Typical of Chinese food chains, they are mostly prepared on order. Hot and fast and very reasonable in prices.
Fill the stomach and leftovers for another meal or 2.
Of course taste is more adapted to American palates but totally acceptable.
