Was a great time for a decent price considering the location and being a fancier dining experience. They say they are small plate restaurant, but honestly plates were not any smaller than some normal restaurants. For 4 people with some drinks and apps, it was $250 after tip.

Easily some of the best food I’ve had in years. We sampled a bit of everything, it all was a winner. Not an exaggeration when I say it’s in my top 3 restaurants now.

Extremely small portions of overpriced food. Wolfgang prices in a Raising Cane’s atmosphere. Our waiter, Eric, was one of the most condescending and arrogant service workers I have ever encountered in my life.

A really strange concept restaurant focusing on Chinese and Mexican cuisine. However, instead of a fusion of the two cuisine, the menu was simply a mix of individual Chinese and Mexican dishes. So it was more of just a restaurant serving Chinese food and also Mexican food. We ordered chips and salsa, a spicy braised lamb Xian noodle, a watermelon and mint granita salad, a wok fried hand shaved noodle with soy and mushroom. IMO their Mexican dishes were much better than the Chinese ones.

My cousin and I ate here for lunch time while staying at the cosmopolitan. We sat at the bar where they made the dumplings and Eddie was our server / bartender. He made using mocktails and was completely awesome. It was literally one of the best times and meals we had while we were in vegas. Thank you so much Eddie for being super cool and if I spelled your name wrong, my bad LOL

Eric was the best server ever. So attentive to my gluten allergy and to our vegetarian needs. Also really attentive to our wedding party celebration to make sure we felt special and were happy with the food!

My better half and I stopped in here on a whim one night, and seriously, it was one of the best meals we've ever had. No joke.
We snagged seats right at the counter by the entrance, and that was a total game-changer. The guy working there was awesome. He walked us through the entire menu, giving us the lowdown on what to get and even what order to eat everything in. It was super helpful, especially with the tasting menu, because he'd explain every single dish as they brought it out. You could tell he really knew his stuff and was genuinely excited about the food.
The whole vibe of the place is cool too! We had the tasting menu and every single plate on the was a winner – packed with flavor and just really unique.
If you're looking for an unforgettable meal in Vegas, especially if you like a little adventure with your food and appreciate someone guiding you through it, China Poblano is absolutely where it's at. You won't regret it.
