For the carne asada bowl about $12, it's not bad for this location at the Premium Outlet.
However the part of the rice felt crunchy uncooked or overcooked. Otherwise everything else were typical Chipotle, you pick what you like.

This is the most unprofessional, unethical and unorganized chipotle I've ever crossed in my entire life AND anywhere I've been to all over the United States. Zero stars

Three employees on a day when all the parking garages were full. The guy on the line was soooo SLOW. Waited in line for 20 minutes while only two orders were made. Left without ordering because it was just too slow. Two other employees one cooking, the other was a girl not really doing much just trying to look busy. That girl should have been helping out with the orders

Poor management. Chipotle should never be this slow. Employees have a horrible work ethic at this location.

See ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS below mine. Management obviously doesn't care. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I ordered a bowl and some tacos 🌮 — the taste was really good for me 😋
It was my first time trying it, and I really loved the bowl! 🥗
The combo of rice, chicken, sauce, corn, and veggies was just perfect 🤤👌

Every time I come here this location is disgusting. If the main dining looks like this I don’t want to see the food prep

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. The Chipotle inside the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets is an absolute joke when it comes to respecting their customers. Their website says they close at 9pm. When you call, the automated phone message also says they close at 9pm. But guess what? I showed up at 8:00pm and it was already completely closed. No notice, no explanation—just locked doors and zero regard for anyone.

We planned our evening around coming here to eat. This is a slap in the face. A restaurant that doesn’t follow its own posted hours is not a trusted business. It shows very poor management and zero accountability. If they can close whenever they feel like it, with no respect for their customers, how can I trust what’s happening in their kitchen? How can I trust their food is fresh or safe?

This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. If you’re hungry around 7pm and thinking of eating at Chipotle—think twice. Don’t waste your time. This location is not legit.

We had planned to stop for dinner at this location on our way to Zion National Park. Our group included nearly 10 adults plus children. This restaurant is situated in a high-end outlet, so we had higher expectations for service and availability.

We arrived at 6:30 PM, which was 2 hours and 30 minutes before their posted closing time of 9:00 PM. To our surprise, they were out of several essential items — including rice, beans, and fajita vegetables. When we inquired whether they would be restocking or preparing more, we were told bluntly that this was all they had and there were no plans to remake anything.

It was incredibly disappointing, especially given that this occurred nearly 3 hours before closing. This lack of consideration and unwillingness to accommodate guests, especially a large group, left a very poor impression.

I would strongly suggest taking your business to another Chipotle location. I also hope Chipotle management takes appropriate action to address such poor service.
