No one cares about service or smiles. This place is terrible. Was the only one in line. Two servers talking to each other and didn’t acknowledge I was standing there. Took 3 minutes to finally walk over and help me.

They run out of staf, but no one tell you while you wait 20 minutes in line....

Horrible experience! After Christmas shopping we ordered online so we didn’t have to wait. We arrived and had 3 employees on phones doing nothing. Our order was late, they ran out of chips, brisket, sodas, all drinks. Every table was dirty and the trash area was overflowing yet they were just on FaceTime. The Manager Jesse literally gave me a cup for the fountain machine that did not work. And then said yeah it doesn’t work after I tried to get a drink. Other customers came in and just left. Very poorly run and gross place. After asking for a refund Jesse said I had to go online which I did and no response. See photos.

As always, Chipotle serves quality food at a reasonable price. As a celiac, I eat here gluten-free quite often. My go-to is a chicken bowl with brown rice. I ask the server to change their gloves and carry my bowl all the way through. Just be careful of the toppings that they put their hands into (Cheese and lettuce) as they may be contaminated with gluten. Wish there were more Chipotles near me.

There's always one nearby. A lifesaver for those who still have a long way to go at the Outlet. I tried the Smoked Brisket and it was delicious. The line was quite long.

The burrito we ate was plentiful and very good. Good value for money for the chicken burrito for $9.50 where you can eat two on it.
However the service leaves something to be desired, the waiter spoke super fast, I didn't understand much and he made no effort even though there was no one else in line. And the person at the checkout wasn't any nicer either.
The restaurant is rather cold.
