I wish we didn’t bother to pay for food here. After getting our food and the kid half slopping stuff into the bowl we looked around and the place was disgusting!! Trash and food everywhere. There were only a couple other people in there and I counted 7 employees just standing there doing absolutely nothing. A girl at the counter digging in her ear. A pile of ice at the soda machine and everything in shambles. I was scared to eat the food. The few bites I had I had to spit out the gnarly chicken and ended up throwing away my entire bowl.

I’m not sure why they are in business because they don’t know how to read or comprehend simple requests. This will be my last time ordering from this location. The shops here are expensive and so this chipotle is cramped. No space to sit. The trash is a flowing river and people are rude sometimes there the place is so tiny.

I came in shortly after opening and they had no steak. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I decided on a different protein for my salad and then after paying was told the at they did not have vinaigrette. I asked if it could be made and was told it would be a 15 minute wait for it. What?! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I should have read the reviews before opting for Chipotle. But given the lack of suitable food options in Las Vegas, I went for what should be an easy and healthy dinner. A veggie burrito bowl. I was dismayed to discover a certain ingredient missing when I opened the bag upon getting to my hotel. The veggies. This really shouldn't be hard. Veggies are literally in the name of what I ordered.Sigh.

Made an online order to pick up at 4 pm since thats when i would get my lunch i got here at 3:54 my order was ready which was great but as i bit into it my food was cold and to top it off the table as i sat down to eat smelled horrible like mildew they need to disenfect their cleaning supplies horrible experience
