I was welcomed by a wonderful woman named "Q" when I arrived for a late-night meal with my family on October 29, 2024. We had a wonderful conversation about her many years at Chipotle and how much she loves the company. Her ability to multitask while serving our food and tending to another customer on the door dash was very impressive, and she was always smiling. I will definitely be returning to this location for her great service. — Thank you Q

Came in for a pick-up and was told to wait. After a few minutes of waiting, all staff members took a break and hung around inside the restaurant sitting on tables and cussing at each other while other customers were going in and out. Very unprofessional staff and lacking customer service. Also, the floors and tables are very dirty. Better to go to other Chipotle locations. Hope this helps.

Too much cilantro, in all the food. I just can't handle it. Please stop using so much. Give the customer a chance to taste the food without cilantro. If the customer wants cilantro, then add it to their food. Please give people a choice.

Vegetarian options: Even the meat has too much cilantro, I can't eat it. Please give people a choice.

This location is open until 22:00. We showed up at 21:20. They were pouring cleaning chemicals and water all over the floor to get ready to close. There was no way we wanted to eat in there when it smelled of floor cleaner.

I LOVE Chipotlé! This is in no way a complaint on the food in any way. If you advertise that you close at 22:00, start cleaning at 22:00. Or, close at 21:00 and clean at 21:00.”

The burritos are half the size they used to be, but they are still a good quick bite to eat when you don't feel like cooking.

Tiny portions lol not sure what was going on but they were extremely stingy . Very flat energy, understaffed and not really effective in their work ethic. Normally chipotle is pretty good about giving you the value of what you are paying for . Paid $30 and had two bowls that were less than half full. Had to continue to ask for rice to get a portion that actually made sense. The first scoop she did, she tried to flatten and then spread it through the bowl to make it look full. … it was WEIRD and I won’t be back.

The restaurant is small, music is very loud and tables are always dirty. They stopped providing limes/lemons and some of the workers are not happy to be there.
