Showed up at 1029 for a doordash order. Door was opened. As soon as I walked in a rude lady barked at me rudely, like it was the end of the world. Telling me they don't open until 1030. Like 1029 was the end of the world. I canceled the ride. Someone else can deal with her rudeness and I will never eat or pick up any orders from this location every again. A better response would have been take a seat. We open in a minute. Rather then someone barking at me

They didn’t have their burrito shell warmer ready so I got a cold shell.. the only meat they had ready was chicken so I ordered that. The guy couldn’t wrap it into a burrito so it sat on the counter til they could find someone to help.. I ate some of it in my truck but it was so cold and nasty I just tossed it out.. won’t be going back to this location

The portion size you get for the amount of money wasted here was definitely not worth it, especially when there are plenty of places around where you can get a real burrito at a way better price then this place.

If the prices are going to be this high then the meat amounts need to be weighed, especially for the barbacoa. They are not giving the same portions and the price is all time high. I will start ordering bowls and if it's not a sufficient amount I will walk out. Everyone needs to start doing this until they realize they can't get away with it.

Terrible customer service and attitude by team members. People should lose their jobs due to being AWFUL at customer service. Had 5 people walk out all together due to TERRIBLE TEAM MEMBERS. Lost over $100+ in business in 10 minutes. Enjoy the new years!

This location has gone down hill. When I say I paid $17 for cold meat with no flavor and old stale chips. It was 7pm and the location close at 11pm. Yet every dish looked in fresh and little to almost none left.I asked for beans they were dried, the guys states “sorry it’s all we have left”?? It’s 7pm why are y’all not cooking? I stopped by here not to long ago and they were closed 45min early. Hire new staff this place is now garbage.

staff acted liked they didn’t want to even take my partner and I’s order , we where the only two customers at the time we walk-in and everyone is pretending to be busy, it was a young man with a high pony tail ,an young lady with blonde hair and , a shorter guy with tattoos turned their back on us and took a min to service us. then we get to the check out and now another staff member comes out and pretends to work then we leave , we look in the store from outside now two staff member start playing around an the others just go about their business . then one was dancing in the window like that’s what you call customer service ? I don’t want it and this used to be my favorite chipotle , I need the other staff that i’m used to cause i’m not impressed .
