This is the worst Chipotle in town. I have been here multiple times and had to walk right out, not sure why I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but I have learned my lesson. The food on the line looks like it’s been sitting there all day and they’re so quick to start closing that they are always out of everything and what they do have is crusted to the side of the bins with spoons that are caked in day-old food. There is zero reason why two-three hours before closing you can’t make fresh food when you have a steady stream of customers. The employees are always extremely rude about it too like coming in ruined their closing routine, like maybe don’t start closing half way through the day? Just a gross location all around and won’t be returning, I suggest anyone reading this do the same.

I hadn't been in a long time and I was was happy I went back! Great food, good service.
The night I was there, they were out of chips, that was weird.

DON’T GO!! From a former chipotle employee (Winter Springs, FL). This is the absolute worst chipotle I’ve been to. I’ve been several times and it’s a disappointment every time.
The line is always disgusting..sour cream, bean juice, meat juice, and cheese smeared everywhere, lettuce and corn mixed up in other foods, and the serving spoons are always caked up. Every time I’ve gone, the employees change the food containers on the line over my food instead of on the back counter and drip disgusting line water into my food and the other foods on the line.
They are always out of food. The last time I went it was 2 HOURS before close and they were out of white rice, black beans, barbacoa, carnitas, guac, and nearly out of lettuce and chips.
The wait time to get food is extremely long, 30 minutes at minimum to get food on a regular night. Every time I’ve gone there’s only been one person on the line doing the entire orders and the cashier never tries to help out.
Additionally, I’ve never seen a manager on the line or in the lobby checking on things.
Most of the employees are terrible and the ones that aren’t are clearly scared and uncomfortable with the work conditions because they are out of food and don’t want to be in the position of relaying that to customers. There is zero customer service at this location. Whenever you question the conditions of the store, it’s met with blank faces and shrugged shoulders.
Chipotle corporate, step up and do something about this store. Get new management or close it down.

DON’T COME HERE!!!! No chicken, no staff , and dirty lobby !
I’ve tried using the mobile app multiple times to plan for the wait time. Regardless of the size of the crowd, this location never meets the pick up time. I’ve used the option three times now, arrived within 5 minutes after pick up time, and they’ve never once started making it before I got there. This is one of the worst chipotle locations I’ve been to.

The food is great. Though they are giving less and less rice and beans (this is probably at all locations though).
Other than that the chicken bowl was great!!

Very disappointed with this location! This is only 5 minutes away from my house and they ALWAYS are out of either if not both chicken and lettuce!!!! I came here 6 months ago and they were out of lettuce so I stop coming there. Now it’s 6 months later and they were out of chicken. This place needs to do better because it’s so frustrating when you want Chipotle and this location is the closest but never have what you want.

Store is never staffed for lunch....takes forever. If there's more than 3 people in line I go somewhere else because I only get an hour break. Sad.

I came to this location because it was on the way home. It wasn’t even 10pm and the workers were already cleaning and putting everything away. Never again. Very bad inconsiderate service. Don’t come here after 9pm because they won’t have anything out.

Not even 8 :30 and they're out of all rice all chips. Every time I come here they don't have something. I don't understand how you grossly mismanage a chain restaurant like this. Someone needs to get new management and new employees in here. Chipotle do better.

Hard to believe, but true... At 8pm on a Friday: out of corn, out of pork, and out of chips.

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was vibrant. Despite the restaurant being busy as usual, the service remained exceptional. I am giving a 5-star rating, as the staffing challenges were clearly beyond the team's control.
A special commendation to the young woman with glasses—her work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication stood out. She managed multiple responsibilities efficiently and with great professionalism. However, it was evident that additional support would have been beneficial. Perhaps the cashier or another team member could assist during peak hours instead of remaining in the office or back of the kitchen.
Overall, I truly appreciate the effort put in by the staff, especially this outstanding employee. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

Don’t waste your time! They are always out of food. Whoever runs this chipotle needs to give it up! There should be no reason why everytime I go there they are all out of food and they don’t tell you until you waited in line for 10 minutes!

this has to be the worst ran chipotle location in Las Vegas. They are constantly running out of food in prime hours and don’t even try going in on the weekends. by 2 o’clock in the afternoon, their inventory is nothing.
The staff is trying, i’ll give them credit. But you can see it on their faces when they have to disappoint another guest because they’re gonna get an earful of it. I get pretty tired of customers complaining at me over things I can’t control.
And to the ownership and management of this location, On two separate occasions, walking into your establishment it smelled like you had a leaking gas main. You don’t even value the safety of your employees.

Not really open until 11pm. At 9:40pm - “sorry, we don’t have any meat or chicken left”…. Why keep Hours posted that they are open?
