This Chipotle is one of the worst I've been to. The steak was dry and cold. Ordered at 6 PM (location closes at 11) and they said they're not making any more pinto beans which is ridiculous. Service is always slow, not sure if they're understaffed. If you look at the other reviews, you can see plenty of negative feedback. It's a shame this is the closest one to my home.

Today there was a bogo deal at Chipotle where if you buy three tacos you could get a second entree free, ( I didn't know you had to get the tacos I thought it was just buy one get one ). As you can imagine the place was packed. After waiting in line for 45 minutes it was my turn to order. I asked the girl if it was bogo and she said yes, never stating one of the orders had to be tacos. She made me a bowl and a burrito and by the time I was paying they had switched cashiers. The cashier asked me if I was doing the bogo and I said yes. He needed to get the manager to help him figure out how to remove one of the items so Alexis, the manager comes out and tells me that one of the items had to be tacos. I explained to her that I just waited to or 45 minutes and watched several people get a free entree without getting the tacos. She apologized and said there wasn't anything she could do about it. I asked her to find out how the other cashier was ringing it up and ring mine up that way and correct the issue with any future orders but since I asked at the beginning and no one said l had to get tacos she should still honor the bogo. She said no. That is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I will never be going back to that location again if I ever give Chipotle my business at all. ALEXIS is a terrible manager and should not have a position of authority.

Make sure you tip on take out orders, because they pretend they never got the order if you don't leave a tip. Which, in my opinion. It shouldn't be up to customers to supplement the wages that corporations don't pay.

Every time I come here, I leave disappointed. The quality of food and service is inadequate. Do better.

I called after making a delivery order because I just wanted my queso and sour cream on the side because it was gonna take 30 minutes to get here and I wanted to reheat it. then I hear an automated voice and get directed to customer support to finally then after 8 1/2 minutes get directed to the store that I wanted to reach just for them to hang up on me. This is horrible and I’m so upset. It’s ridiculous to pay $30-$40 for something and you can’t even answer the phone wow.

been in line 14 minutes, over 20 customers in line and only one lady in the front working by herself. no cashier. two people working in the back prep area and one employee just standing by the time clock watching all the customers.
there are six employees here One taking their break. Three in the back. One on the front line. One still standing by the time clock.
why on earth is there only one employee working a line of 20 customers?
The manager here should be fired on the spot. this is unacceptable!
regional Management can you please do something about this?

I had to walk out of this place all of their food bins look across contaminated and halfway empty, crusty food and sour cream and salsa spread all over the counter was disgusting. None of the workers acknowledge or even greeted when standing at the counter, waiting to order. They must have known that their food is disgusting. Whoever owns this particular location needs to check their workers. Today is November 9 at 5:45 PM, 2025. 🤮

I have been ordering party catering from this location for over 5 years with no issue. I am retiring from the Army after 25+ years and stopped to see if there was any way to order catering for my retirement party this Friday (Halloween) but would need to pick it up at 4pm. They do not offer anything past 2pm because of the holiday. I can understand that, but when I asked to please speak with the manager about seeing if there was any way to make something work, I was told that she would not even speak with me and to either get the food at 2pm or go elsewhere. I have another party to cater in 3 weeks and that’s exactly what I will do.

I’ve been to this Chipotle four times, and each time the food was served differently. I’ve visited many other Chipotle locations and never experienced anything like this. The girl who served me (short, with glasses) handed me a salad from behind the counter with such an expression on her face that I thought she’d given me the wrong order. Then I asked for chicken, and she gave me just a tiny portion. When I asked about it, she said that’s the normal amount — but if I wanted more, I’d have to pay extra.

In the end, I got what looked like a regular portion, but only after paying extra — even though she had just served a man in front of me a noticeably larger portion without charging him. How does that make any sense? One customer gets more for free, and another has to pay extra for a normal serving. I’ll never come back to this location. The experience completely ruined my impression of this place!
