This Chipotle is always awesome! We feel like we get a lot of bang for our buck, which is a huge win for our family. As Las Vegas streamers with four teenagers, this is the one spot everyone can agree on—great food, generous portions, and a quick, reliable meal every time!

Received completely wrong order (name on the bag was correct but food was not) and instead of offering to replace it with the Correct order i had already payed for i was offered a free side of guacamole.

This is literally THE WORST chipotle in las vegas. I would rather go out of my way go to a different location & I live on N Decatur 😕
The lobby is ALWAYS dirty & they are always out of stuff. whether thats queso, guac, chicken/steak,or even fountain drinks AND ICE 😂. they should just close down. I feel like they don’t even have a manager there 90% of the time this place..needs a whole 360 & theres ALWAYS a line with only 1 person working the line.
I went in today & ordered tacos, they were out of ALL FOUNTAIN BEVERAGES & ICE. i’m so glad I took a sip of my drink before I left because it was basically tonic water.

I normally have a really good experience with chipotle. I should’ve known what direction this visit was headed in when I walked in and noticed the lobby was a DISASTER. Tables were nasty, the floor hadn’t been swept in years, it appeared. I was surprised to see a couple sitting down eating their food despite the condition of the restaurant. I got a little more annoyed when I noticed only 1 female worker was working the front line. And everyone was in the back I guess .:cooking? One lady was walking around with a clip board , I suppose taking inventory? Not sure , but the girl at the front was clearly overwhelmed as the customer in front of me had like 8 bowls she was ordering for other people who were texting her their individual orders. So the line started to grow behind me, not a single person hopped on to help her. Another front line associate appears conveniently after the lady with a million bowls leaves, I’m assuming she was on break. Then when I finally get to the register to pay for my food, the lady at the register who just came back from break said to me “Sorry I have no coins” meaning she couldn’t give me all of my change. So I was assuming she was going to short me like 6 - 7 cents , she shorted me almost a whole dollar. She shorted me like .85 cents. As a manager I understand sometimes things slip, but this was too many things. Lobby a disaster, not enough employees, employees over worked, not enough money in the register to give customers their change. Like… what’s going on here? As a customer I shouldn’t be able to feel that you’re understaffed and poorly managed. Maybe this store was just having a bad day I don’t know. To top it all off I woke up this morning feeling nauseas and I threw up, and of course after seeing the condition of this chipotle and how unsanitary the lobby was I can only assume that the back of house is just as gross which Is why I puked. Mental note not to return to this location,
Ordered food online to be picked up. Whoever made the bowls must have been told to add 5 pieces of meat to it. They should be ashamed what they charge for what you get. The bowls looked absolutely pathetic and they just put the bare minimum in there. What a damn rip off!!!! Never will I order online again. Put some damn effort into the orders and give people what they pay for!

not sure what happened to this location, used to be great earlier this year and then looks like all the old workers left and were replaced by a bunch of people that don’t care about how the restaurant looks, how the food is prepared, or the customers… whoever the manager or owner of this store is, you REALLY need to get on your crew members and store leads and train them better and be more involved, cause wow, today was my last time eating here… the burritos are always covered in food when you open the foil up, they’re wrapped horribly, the meat seems left out too long…. literally hesitant to come because it’s 50/50 whether my order is gonna suck or not. If you want to see what a great location is, go check out the centennial hills location near the icecream spot, they consistently serve a great burrito, that’s where i’ll be giving my business too from here on out. I think alot of people who eat here and are leaving reviews agree, and you should start listening to them, especially whoever owns this location, very poor management overall.
