It starts from the top. General manager needs to review this establishment. Managers need to take a class to learn customer service! Their so busy chit chatting when they should be at the register or helping the other employees. They should clean the bathroom it smells like sewer! I used to go to this Chipotle a few times a week because it was closest to my home and work. Thank goodness a new Chipotle was built on Warm Springs. Managers learn from the Warm Springs store. Shame on the management not the employees.

They give you less on the protein now. Other than that the food is good. 👍

Food poisoning. This place does not have good food safety standards. Chipotle has really gone downhill.

Even without the chipotlane it's my favorite location, the cashier was so nice

Great food, great customers service and clean facility. We like this location! However one thing they are lacking is a child changing station in their bathrooms. We stopped on our 10hr drive for lunch and needed to change 3 little kids but had to walk across the street to the dirty gas station as they do not have a diaper station in any of the bathrooms at this location.

Chipotle has really taken a turn, and I mean that in the nicest way. The place smells like sewer, although they have plenty of employees they lack that welcoming feelings you used to get when you walked into their restaurants. The soda machine was not working, and the only pleasant thing in the place was the music.
Never have I felt so unwelcomed in a place so full of employees... Nope! Not coming back!

Staff is short of rude, and super stingy ? got 4 tacos and they only gave me beans on the side for two. Don't need the attitude will not return to this location. There are others with nice people

Yall have serious issues when it comes to online orders. Today was my 3rd attempt at ordering online, and again a problem. 1st attempt, placed my order came to pick it up and yall was closed, said a pipe burst, but you still allowed online orders. 2nd time Cashiers couldn't find my name, yall had to make my orders while I waited. 3rd time today, couldn't find my order because the Manager says the system was down. I'm so confused but worse, every 30min lunch break I have used coming here has been ruined. Refunds do not solve my issue of being hungry. SMH. I work in the plaza that's why I keep coming back. I think I have learned my lesson today tho.
