An employee was randomly yelling at pickup customers last time I was in here. Chronically understaffed location so they were probably just a bit stressed out. This is the closest Chipotle to my home, but usually avoid this one.

I ordered a bowl paid extra for guacamole and my whole order was wrong no guacamole the two salsas I asked for nope but I got the red one that I didn’t ask for funny everything on the lid was correct so whomever made this just didn’t care ubereats won’t help chipotle won’t even let you talk to someone money just wasted AND then they respond and say reach out here just put me right back with a robot that DOES NOTHING smh

Ordered a bowl and wanted a few items on the side as opposed to in the bowl. They wanted to charge me 1.50 each side but if I got it in the bowl it would be free. Absolutely ridiculous! Will not come here

The WORST experience of my life by any fast food place by far. The first time I ever wanted to try chipotle and will be the last after this. I ordered online through the app for a burrito bowl to pick up and when I picked it up I thought it was pretty light. Then I opened it and found out why. THERE WAS NOTHING AND BARELY ANY MEAT WAS LEFT. On top of that it was cold to the touch. $12 for a bowl of nothing and the servers didn’t even try to refund me and to contact support online. Worst experience.

We went in today and spent $70.00 on 3 bowls, two carne asada bowls and a carnitas bowl! and an order of cheese dip, the Steak was all fat, the rice was stale and nasty, the guacamole tasted like chemicals, like the container it was in had some sort of cleaner or something!I had to throw it away! $70.00 down the drain! I hope whoever the manager is calls me back because this is not good. My stomach is sick from the guacamole! One bite! I tried to post pictures but it didn’t allow me to.

My forever last time with this Chipotle.Also their customer service is terrible, too.Put me on hold for 20 minutes and you will get the most honest review ever.The last 3 times visiting this location they have been out of main ingredients, other visits 20 minute waits. So since I think you are beyond terrible. I will share just how awful you truthfully are with anyone that will listen.NEVER AGAIN & that store is so bad I am not certain it can sustain a bunch of never agains!Gave you a lot of chances and passes but truly Chipotle DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! Just a big joke.
