They never have any food ready and the food they do have is usually yesterday's leftovers. I do try to visit near the open time but they are never ready to serve. Highly recommended you visit a different Chipotle as this location is ran horribly.

**1/5 stars - AVOID CHIPOTLE STORE #2402 IN LAS VEGAS**
I am appalled by the understaffing and lack of leadership at Chipotle Mexican Grill #2402 in Las Vegas. We stopped by on 02/10/2025, expecting a quick and seamless meal, but what we got was a chaotic and frustrating experience.
As we walked in, it quickly became apparent that the restaurant was severely understaffed. The lines were backed up and it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed. We decided to leave and return when the store was less busy. However, it wasn't until much later that the crowds dissipated.
When we returned, we met Shannel Dominguez, the lead on duty that evening. What a breath of fresh air she was! Friendly, professional, and visibly exhausted, Shannel did her utmost to keep the restaurant running smoothly, even during peak hours. Her leadership skills and dedication to her team were truly impressive, and I believe she is the reason the shift even survived that night.
Unfortunately, her team did not quite follow in her footsteps. Nataly Piedra, the cashier, was friendly and attentive, but it seemed like she was doing everything on her own. The trainee, Connor Hurley, working in the back of the house, seemed a bit slow and irritated, but I appreciate that he was trying. Zidi Gao, another team member, had the same expression.
As someone with over 10 years of experience in the corporate world, managing customer service and retail stores, I can confidently say that this store's understaffing is a disaster waiting to happen. The fact that only one lead was on duty, leaving them to cover everyone else's breaks and meals, is unacceptable. It's a classic example of putting the brand at risk by sacrificing employee wellbeing and coverage.
I will be writing an email to the store manager, expressing my disappointment and frustration. I will also be contacting Chipotle corporate to express my concerns about the lack of adequate staffing and the potential harm it can cause to the brand and its employees. Shannel Dominguez deserves a raise, a promotion, and a round of applause for her exceptional leadership and dedication to her job.
**To the store manager, I say this: Get back to basics and put coverage first!**
**To Chipotle corporate, I say this: Take note of this review and address the issues at Store #2402. It's time to put the needs of your employees and customers first!**
**DO NOT AVOID CHIPOTLE STORE #2402 IN LAS VEGAS.** It's a ticking time bomb waiting to ruin the experience of loyal customers.

When I come here the food is always bland 😩 doesn’t taste like what it should.
It’s so unfortunate.
AND they always forget something, whether chips,salsa,gauc.

Every piece of brisket was fat. Gross , don’t go to this place, $20 for GRISTLE. Worst place ever! Never going back! -0 stars
The staff almost charged me $52 for a $39 order, luckily I was able to catch it in time. They did not even apologize for messing it up. They had ran out of steak and did not even try to refill it. Terrible service, just watch out when ordering your meal.

Came to grab a quick bite my husband went in and came out with no food!! When I asked he said a roach had run out in the area the food is in!! The young lady working knocked it on the floor and was shocked as my husband froze and just walked out! This just happened 7:20 pm Saturday 12/7.

Went in an hour before closing and already they were scrubbing grills and closing down stations. We asked if they were open and the the staff informed me that they were still open but low on many option. Almost all the protein options were out and many toppings. I don’t like how this made me feel as a customer and pre closing is a no no. This location needs to do better please.

UPD: After exchanging emails with the support, I have gotten 0 help. Don’t bother emailing them.
Rice (both types) was crunchy. Meat over salted and spicy for some reason. Found an avocado pit in my guacamole and almost broke my tooth. Do not recommend the location.

Came in about 1045 and staffed didn’t even have all the food prepared and ready and then after waiting five minutes for beef it wasn’t even in its juice. It was really dry and try to serve me it I walked out.
