Chipotle Mexican Grill

By far, the absolute worst customer service out of any place I’ve ever been in all of Las Vegas the to go station. Do not order your food online for pick up horrendous food all over-the-counter stuff everywhere I arrive five minutes after my time to pick up my food no food is ready. The counter girl doesn’t know what’s happening. Says they’re making it the boy that’s making food in the other line says oh we don’t have any at all at all anywhere in the store and then offers me steak goes to make it then puts it all back and starts helping the line so I asked the girl a question. I don’t know I’m new you gotta talk to my manager who comes around the corner looking like he’s barely 17 years old. He did the best he could do. Told me my food would be ready under five minutes 15 minutes later Finally I have my food and I’m leaving so I was supposed to pick my food up at 5:30 at 6 o’clock I’m just now getting to leave and go back home that is crazy to me for us to go order that I put in at 5:10 PM

This is a nice clean and new restaurant. I specifically came for the day before Thanksgiving bogo offer. I was about ten minutes early to avoid a big line. I initially ordered chips and queso and a drink and asked about how the bogo worked. She advised app only. So I got out of line downloaded and started the app. After reading more details I learned the offer was in store only and app did not work. I advised the lady and she took my order and saved me from the huge line that had already formed. I make a lot of mistakes and so does everybody. I can accept that. What this employee did, without fanfare or making a big deal about it is fixed the mistake, made the sale and made the customer happy. This a five star for the honest effort. The establishment is clean and new. Self serve fountain so you can fill your drink to go. Nice place, nice people and good food. Thank You.

We came in to grab a bite to eat and Jakob Jones was working and he was so fast and polite. He is probably the best thing that has happened to this location. We will definitely be back! And you need to try the Carne Asada with red chimichurri, it tasted fresh and flavorful.

This place was so busy!!!! And the very young staff was still able to great and engage with the guest. Restaurant was a bit messy, but who cares these young adults were working so HARD! The Manager should be extremely proud!

Worse store it's by my house and I always have to go further location because the first time Ive been there they served me undercooked rice and today I came and they didn't have no chicken which is stupid because they should have some like what the helly anyways I wouldnt go there unless you have no option...

I never have any issues with portions or service here. The staff are so friendly.

Great food (as usual) great service. 10:40am 6-25-25 - the person at the counter did a great job with my order. There were plenty of fresh options ready - really enjoying the burrito bowl. Parking was fine once you find it. This location is way better than the one near my house unfortunately. I'd rather drive the extra distance for the better service.
