We were treated badly, over charged and the place was dirty. We told them about a slip Hazzard in a high traffic area and they didn't even clean it up. This store ripped off 4 senior citizens and 2 disabled American veterans. They should be extremely ashamed of their behavior and the over charges!!! CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS STORE!!!!!Parking: Very limited parking and no handicap parking right in front of the restaurant.

Oh how the mighty have fallen.Used to be dependable good food but something has been lost here.Tried to buy a $25 gift card got rung up for $85 didn't catch it till I got the receipt. My fault for not catching it but I was still at the register when I caught it.The manager couldn't refund it. Had me call a number. Called the number they had me send an email. Sent an email and they responded to tell me that my gift card was indeed for $85.Emailed again they said they would look into it and get back to me and got ghosted.Oh well guess we will have dinner for the family at Chipotle.Go to get dinner the girl making my order is in a big rush but I am ordering for 5. She is at the bottom of the barrel of rice as she is making my burrito and all that is in the pan is the crusty discolored rice.Instead of getting new rice she will need for the next burrito she puts the crusty rice in my burrito...I don't know if you are just begging me not to come back chipotle but if that IS what you are going for you are hitting on all cylinders.

You choose your type of meat, veggies, etc. You can order a bowl or a burrito and tacos. The choice is however you prefer. They are constantly making fresh foods. I usually have a burrito, but will eat the bowl served without the tortilla. I have dined at 4 sites in Las Vegas and parking varies. Some venues have a lot but others may have very few spots. The staffs are helpful if you’ve not been there.

I came into Chipotle around 1:00p to get some lunch. Everything was good until she got to the lettuce that was really brown. I am aware that salad does turn that color but when it does I don’t eat it. I asked the girl could she get some fresh lettuce and she said no that’s just how it looks. I’m like what? Are you serious? Like so if I want lettuce it has to be this brown lettuce? That sux. Won’t be back to this location. Never in Chipotle history have I ever been to one with lettuce that looks like this ?

This chipotle is a joke and a half you can’t even get a hold of somebody if there’s a complaint about their food especially if you place it for delivery I’ve tried to get a hold of them. I tried Corporate. Nobody wants to talk to you anymore I have cold food because it was an extremely late delivery. I didn’t even get to eat before my meeting. Now I have to go into another meeting and I still don’t get to eat and it’s still ice cold because of this and nobody wants to get on the phone, they want you to talk to a artificial intelligent person. This is ridiculous. I give them a 0-0 minus I will never order from this chipotle again or probably any other chipotle. The chipotle in question though is in Las Vegas, Nevada on blue diamond Road.

First off I want to say we love chipotle and coming through town really wanted to stop at a chipotle. The customer service was awkward right from the beginning. As I was ordering the worker seemed put out and not happy to take my order. At one point lettuce had fallen onto the counter and the worker decided to put it back in my bowl. It left me feeling like I didn’t even want to eat the food. No one wants to feel like corners are being cut in quality and sanitation.The worker at the register was looking down most the time and I realized they were texting instead of engaged in making eye contact.The woman’s bathroom was completely out of toilet paper in all the stalls so we ended up going to a gas station after we were done. Chipotle can do better this…

I spent $150 on catering and got my food sabotaged and disrespected.I’m usually not one to write posts and leave reviews I usually just move on and don’t eat at the establishment again but today was beyond infuriating. I placed an order for the DOUBLE chicken option with catering at the Chipotle on Blue Diamond location. I go pick it up and everything is all good the staff was friendly and got me taken care of so I head home satisfied. As soon as I get home I start taking everything out and noticed I was only given one order of chicken when I paid for two. So I call the location the manager Daniel picks up my call and I tell him I’m short one order of chicken he goes no you’re order only said one order of chicken I go back and forth with him expressing that I paid full price of $150 for the double chicken option until he sighs and goes “alright fine come back and I’ll give you an order of chicken I guess” I thank him for working with me and go pick up the missing chicken I get there and show him my receipt that was sent to my email and he goes “well on my end it only showed one order but here you go just take it” I thanked him again and left . I get home and start serving my family and everyone that had a plate with the second order of chicken that Daniel gave me said it was extremely salty I tried it and couldn’t agree more it tasted like straight salt and spices while the other order tasted completely fine. I don’t understand why this happened i paid for the double chicken option I deserve to get what I paid for and shouldn’t have to come back on my time for something that was missed and then get my food sabotaged. I have been a paying customer that has been coming to this establishment for years since it opened. Me and my family loved this chipotle compared to other locations in the area it’s truly unfortunate that this had to happen. I guess I’ll take me and my families business elsewhere where we are appreciated and don’t get our food sabotaged. I will not be coming back to this location. This all happened on 2/6/24 from the time frame of 6pm-8pm.

The food at Chipotle has always been good, but this location didn't prepare my burrito bowl very well. Had they taken an extra second and a half to let the fluids drain off the pork, my bowl would not have been watery. I could understand if they were super busy, but when we visited this time, we were literally the only ones in line.
