Be careful of ordering from this location. Kitchen may not be clean. I ordered a veggie bowl and it was cross contaminated with a single piece of stay meat. I won't be back

I've ordered online here 5x and the order is never ready when I get there, even if I take 30 min to get there, I think its because they always seem to have only 1 person working the front and they prioritize walkins. Never waiting again, will go somewhere else

Pepperoni Pizza

Awful customer service! I know Chipotle is well known for bad customer service. This is a new low. The cashier didn’t honor the reward for Queso that was on my app even if I showed it to her. She said it showed already redeemed on her side. It could have been an issue in the system but she didn’t given me benefit of the doubt. I ended up paying the full amount. I’m never trusting the scammy rewards system again.

I just left this location and the customer service today was HORRIBLE. NO one wanted to serve me and had me standing for over 5 mins. Sari didn't WANT to do her job after being told several times she was on the line. Better training needs to had.

I placed an order online at 8:50pm on 08/05/25. I got here at 9 and there were no customers. A short lady with black/brown hair and glasses comes out of the back and says “name?” I tell her and she goes to the back and then comes back up front and says “you’re 10 minutes early so…” and walks away. She just kinda stands there and doesn’t do anything or say anything else to me. Then someone walks in and orders, she makes their meal immediately. Very strange. I know Chipotle is like known for their bad attitudes/bad customer service - which is expected when going somewhere that asks for the most of the workers while paying as little as possible but jeez she coulda just said they’re working on it or something. It was pretty rude.

To the lady who worked on 7/11/25 and worked the front line and you are rude and should not be working there. There is a line to the door and you decide to move slower than a snail because you “get off at 4:30” it’s so disappointing to get up to the front of the line and see attitude and under portioned rations. How do you not even warm up my tortilla properly ? She needs to be fired. I will never come back here again.
