This location is one of the worst. First, all of the staff-including the person at the counter-are extremely rude. I regularly go to this location to get my lunch bowl, and every single time they give me a very small portion of protein. I have raised this issue with them countless times, yet nothing changes and the same poor portion control continues.

Even the manager is unprofessional and shows no respect toward customers.

Lately Chipotle has been getting some negative reviews, so I thought I'd give this location some love. I order from here 1 to 3 times a week and I'm never disappointed. These are two different bowls, on two different days and both were so full that the metal lid on top was holding on for dear life. Its always hot, fresh, and the meat is a generous portion.

Carnitas quesadilla was delicious of course, but 9 days later it's still wreaking havoc on my body from food poisoning...so maybe not as delicious as I was hoping it was going to be.

Food is good, but holy crap. What's the point of placing online orders for specified time frames if the foods never actually ready at set pickup time? It's not like it's a here and there issue, literally every online order is never ready on time.. o well.

We love Chipotle (even if over priced). I got the veggie bowl with white rice and my dad had a veggie burrito. I love the corn salsa and queso cheese. It was hard to find this place. There was no sign and they were tucked in a corner. If GPS didn't point to it, I wouldn't have seen it. Where's a lit sign ??

The workers are so rude, Un-attentive, Dismissive, Don’t want to take your order, Have an attitude, They either need to pay them more, Or need to find a different job, I don’t know what they but they need to be more respectful. Two times now I have gone in there and they are jerks and we spent a lot of money here. It is becoming this way a lot of places between here and Cafe Rio. This is getting ridiculous

This location is one of the worsts, no exaggeration. All the teenagers have no vocabulary. They speak to you like you don’t know anything. The food quality sucked so bad. Idk how you burn rice. I also had to wait 30 minutes for my food to be made after ordering from the app. This place is so unorganized I’m not sure who the manager is but they have to be uneducated to think this is a smooth operation.

I just went into Chipotle and Ryan was SO helpful! He was fun, friendly, and made me truly happy with how much customer service he showed. He had me laughing too! I would honestly come back just because of him. The best part of any place is feeling welcomed, and Ryan definitely delivered that. He said he just started, but he already works like a pro. Wow!

The young guy that took care of me was very friendly. He was working hard to take care of people. Two people at register were chatting and oblivious to helping him. The area around the food items was full of food and a mess. Definitely a manager issue.
