No cheese or guacamole or rice 45 mins till closing! So disappointed and feel it’s pure laziness and just don’t care! Remember kids no customers no money to make your checks! You need to be retrained and do wayyyyy better!

Online orders turned off.
I did an online order and the person that was prepping my food didn’t acknowledge my presence. I asked if they was my food and she said no. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:30 & I wanted an extra 10 minutes while my food sat on the counter. Other people walked in and she politely asked them their name and HANDED them their order. When she finally felt like giving my food she said it’s here and sat it on the counter instead of handing it to me like everybody else. The attitude spoke louder than the service. Won’t be back to this location

First time being at his location. Service wasn't good, seems like they were rushing me out. Food wasn't warm, but flavor was good, price was average. Dinning could have been wiped down.

food is good and they’re really fast, that being said the customer service isn’t the best. even when empty, there’s no eye contact, frowning the whole interaction, monotone voice … feels like i actually am speaking to a robot

To be fair I did not eat the food so I can't rate the taste because I simply refused to eat here due to the lack of cleanliness. Our Texas locations do a fantastic job of taking pride in the entire experience. I ended up leaving. 🤢🤮
