Hello,There needs to be a revamp done on this location pertaining to employees and food. The food is hit or miss 80% of the time. I waited 15 minutes to get to the front of the line to order to be told “we don’t have white rice” no empathy shown after I just wasted time waiting. There was no timeframe given when white rice will be ready. The staff needs to be trained on customer service skills & effective communication. There was multiple people behind me as well possibly trying to order white rice. I’m not a fan of my time being wasted.Do better & hire better.

I placed a pickup order and was notified that it was ready. When I got there, I had to wait 30min for guacamole. I paid extra for double chicken, and the chicken is burnt. Can barely eat it. I keep having to spit out burnt chewy pieces. I like bbq, but DANG. lol There’s also barely any sour cream or salsa, making the overall experience dry and burnt. ?

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. The food was excellent. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and professional. I will certainly come back for another visit. The restaurant was clean and very presentable. I would recommend Chipotle to anyone.

They put the perfect portion when you order. The food is great and the place is very clean. I love there setup and I love how you can see how fresh it is. I'm normally scared to eat here cuz my stomach is weak but I actually enjoyed the food and my stomach was not upset! Will come backParking: It always has parking
I ordered catering for 10 people today. Everything was perfect! Perfectly packed, utensils and serving utensils, more than enough food for 10 people, have lunch for 3 of us tomorrow. Food was right on time ready to go! Just wanted to say A+ job, way better than expected!

Huge sign inside advertising Carne asada, walk to the counter to place my order only to be told they no longer are serving that and they don't know why they have not taken the sign down. Too many times people are working at an establishment and giving an answer of I don't know.
You know that scene in Zootopia where the sloth works super slow at the DMV? Well, that's how slow the server works at this location. One guy working SUPER slow, and another worker completely unaware of the people in lines not bothering to help the guy up front. There is no sense of urgency at this place

Our first time ever ordering food from Chipotle . I ordered tacos and they were the worst tacos I have ever eaten. They were wet and cold. I wasted $30 on 2 horrible dinners.

Update: Please don't tell me to give you a call about the service, GIVE them a call at Chipotle and tell them to cook the food correctly along with customer service videos they can watch and the problem will be fixed. Me calling you will not fix the problem, call them and handle the problem. That would be a great service to the customers. Food was old and dried out along with the employee sassy attitudes. Bad food and bad experience. Plus the prices here are higher than other restaurants. Bad service, food and prices.
