I see that the owner of this location made great changes for lunch hours. Night shift are bad. Is 7:42 pm the store is filthy workers look very unmotivated. I asked the cashier for some berry Agua and responded they stop making it because is late. The store closes at 10pm. Hope the owner looks at this message and makes a change just like lunch hour.

Just bought the brisket bowl, chintzy as hell on the rice, meat and guacamole for $17. Won’t be back…
I eat at chipotle very often, this is the first time in this place. They put in very little and the juices look like just colored water, there is no taste. Conclusion: the worst place I've ever been to. Perhaps management will take measures to change the situation.

This place is hella expensive but they used to give great portion sizes so it was okay. If I’m paying $13 for my bowl I’m expecting $13 worth of food not literally half of my bowl filled. How the hell does an employee look down on the bowl and think it’s good to serve.

No flavor, this is the worst tasting one, I ordered a bowl with black beans, steak, pico, and a side of guacamole. $18. And no flavor. I go to chipotle in henderson and Nellis location delicious this one so disappointed! Don't waste your money!

I'm tired of Chipotle telling their servers to be stingy with the meat servings. Why can't you allow your workers to be generous with their servings?
I blame the corporate company, not the workers. This serving was less than 4 oz of steak and to make matters worse, I didn't even seprate the cheese or beans stuck to the pieces.
Can you guys stop worrying about cost effective marketing decisions and FOCUS on taking care of your customers?
It's especially worse in California.
I hate to give this location one star because for the most part, all the workers are friendly and nice here but the cycling of materials you keep forcing onto your managers isn't healthy business.
And it's basically everywhere. Either allow your workers some leeway with serving meat or stop increasing the price.

I love chipotle but eating my bowl I found a hair on my food. So disappointed.
Tried the new brisket, recommended by their employee Nicklas. Delicious, a bit of a spice, just perfect.

They ran out of rice and brisket, so I had to wait. The chips were stale. The staff was fairly communicative regarding what was going on, but they didn't seem to care and they didn't apologize for the situation.

Won't be revisiting or reordering Chipotle again due to the lack of detail when making my orders and charging me for food not received. The first time I went I ordered online pick-up. Bowl was missing guacamole, sour cream and corn salsa which I asked to be put on the side. Upset but things happen so a few weeks later which was today I ordered delivery and as my previous visit I was missing my guacamole and sour cream on the side. Paid 3.45 for guacamole and not receiving it 2 times can't be a coincidence.

I had a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Legacy’s outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient as I placed my order. Legacy made sure every detail was perfect and even offered helpful suggestions. Her warm demeanor and efficiency made my visit truly enjoyable. Legacy is a valuable asset to the team, and I’ll definitely be returning because of her excellent service!
