However, the boy with the curly hair working line had an attitude when I saw him putting the lid on my bowl and I told him it was okay he didn't have to do that because I was going to eat it there. He did not ask me if I was going to eat it at the restaurant or take it home before packing my food up. When I told him I was going to eat my bowl at the store, he looked at the cashier with a "are you serious" "these customers are so annoying" look because it was such an inconvenience for him to take the lid off of my bowl at that point. The cashier with red hair also smiled at his expression and looked at me after in agreement with his expression towards me. I felt really uncomfortable. Be mature and give me my food that I just paid chipotle prices for, and move on to the next customer. Not to mention, he tried to have the cashier charge me extra for a small side of pico de gallo, and I know from experience they don't charge customers for that because I used to work at Chipotle as someone on grill & prep crew! Such a shame!

Last week they had no cheese. Only "I'm sorry". Today, no meats, only pork. Probably last time we eat here. Also, this is the only Chipotle that has the AC on in the winter. Always sub-freezing, unacceptable temperatures here. It's literally warmer outside.

The blatant sexism at this location is DISGUSTING. Every time I go here, I go with my husband. People are nice, they tend to give smaller portion sizes but if you ask for more, they give it. I ALWAYS tell people I'll pay extra if need be. I have 0 issues with that. When we get to the counter, he shows his ID and they give him 50% off. I go by myself today, and those exact same workers scoff and laugh at me and say seriously? When I ask for more cheese. Literally scoff at me. I show them my ID, they say they don't do a military discount. Oh, okay. Since when? I was here two days ago with my husband and you guys gave it to him no problem. They said it's for police. Oh, okay. Then she grabs another girl and says hey do we do military discount? She says, we can at our discretion but it's for police. I said great, can I please have the discount at your discretion? She says no, sorry. We can't. It's only for police, we aren't allowed to do that. So is it at your discretion or are you not allowed? They have never once turned my husband away, but me, of course. Its not even about the discount dude. I could care less. Its about the treatment. Sexist, rude, disgusting people working here. I won't be back.

Food is good, made quick and correct. The only issue was the music is so loud it's distracting from ordering and trying to hear the employee is difficult. I can only imagine trying to sit inside the restaurant only to have to yell at anyone you're there with.

So I'm going to admit that Dillon on Tik Tok made me do it. In a good way! I've enjoyed Chipotle occasionally for many years. But seeing him eat it every day got me craving it. I forgot how much I like, especially current special Carne Asada. I love that I can customize it exactly how I like it. A little bit of rice, a little bit of beans, and lots of green salsa. And so many items, a different taste every bite. I love it! I've been two days in a row. But I guarantee you I will not make it three. I don't like leftovers in general, and I like a lot of variety. So cheers to Dillon for reminding me how great this place is, and best wishes on your challenge! really don't understand all the negative reviews. Some people just love to complain.

Order 3 chicken bowls online. They were missing items (guacamole) . The bowls were so salty and not edible. We called the restaurant and never got an answer. We had to drive back down to the restaurant just to be informed they can't provide a refund and it has to be done online.
