The portion sizes especially for the meat is way too small. Even a 10 year old child couldn’t possibly feel like it was enough.

Filthy Dirty. Spilled food and drinks on the floor. Tables were covered with food and spilled drinks and Spit. Nobody cares about cleaning! Let’s report Filthy restaurants like these in Las Vegas! Contact the Board of Health and report them! Have them closed down!

I work here at the mall and regularly eat at Chipotle, but I’ve never had service this poor before. There were two girls in front of me who each received one small scoop for their portion size, which already seemed off. Then when it was my turn, the guy serving the food—who I’ve never seen before and looked like he might be new—gave me less than half of a normal portion of chicken.

When I politely asked for a little more, he barely added anything and then I was charged extra for it. On top of that, when I sat down to eat, the food was cold and tasted old, as if it had been sitting out too long.

This experience was disappointing and nowhere near the usual service I expect from this location. I won’t be coming back anytime soon

Disinterested staff serving overly salty food that’s not particularly fresh. My bowl was more of a consommé because their beans and sofritas aren’t drained, swimming in “gravy” despite my asking the poor guy to shake them out. Lettuce was gross. (See pic.)

Terrible service! The older Hispanic man whom I think is the manager there was extremely rude about us getting a cup of water, said we had to pay or buy food in order to get a cup of water on a hot day. I have never been to any fast food restaurant that won’t give out a cup of water SO RIDICULOUS!!!!

This location is only serving half bowls.
Felt sick about 15 minutes after eating. The seating here is horrible.

Go to the Chipotle by Ikea it is much better.

Seating was tough. Don't grab the "window" seating. Unless you want to feel like an exhibit at the Fashion Show Zoo while you try to enjoy your lunch. Also... every menu offering has 1 flavor. One note. Meh.

Second time I’ve been at this specific location where the staff refuse to help me and I’ve had to walk out with no food (paid via mobile app)
The staff has poor customer service and they’re unfortunately rude
