Seating was tough. Don't grab the "window" seating. Unless you want to feel like an exhibit at the Fashion Show Zoo while you try to enjoy your lunch. Also... every menu offering has 1 flavor. One note. Meh.

Went to the Chipotle in the Fashion Show Mall on 12/6. There were 3 of us. Two of us had chicken bowls with white rice, the 3rd had brown rice in a regular burrito. All other toppings were the same. The two of us who ate the white race came down with food poisoning. Ruined our Vegas trip. The medic told us that Chipotle is notorious for this. Beware.

We went to this Chipotle location today and it was a bad experience. We asked for a side of white rice, cheese and sour cream in a bowl. The staff stated that they were unable to do so because rice was supposed to be served as a side on a plastic small container with lid and also; they would have to charge us like it was a burrito bowl $10.35. Also, this particular location is very small. They have a few tables outside, across but still not enough space for people being able to sit and enjoy their kids size meal ?
Chipotle is going down the hill. First and last time at this location.

The portion I got for my burrito was honestly shocking and I was very close to just telling them never mind. The guys literally put half a scoop of chicken and half a scoop of rice. The last time I went to chipotle my burrito, without any exaggeration was 3x bigger. The wrap was wrapper around twice. Thoroughly dissatisfied and won’t be coming back to chipotle unless they fix this absolute nonsense there is way better/cheaper places to get a burrito on the strip

Saw the chipotle in the mall and was very excited to sit down and have a good lunch. We ordered and most was okay but once we got to the extra things. They told me they were out of pico de Gallo which was fine, but then the man behind me asked for it and they went to the back to get it for him so I went back up and asked and they rold me they were still out. Furthermore, I asked for extra cheese and he completely skipped over it and stiffed me on the amount. I then asked the cashier for a side of cheese and she gave it to me but they were all staring and giving us dirty looks as if we were inconvenience. Very rude and I didn't even enjoy my meal because half of the things I asked for I was not given.
As big fans of Chipotle, me and my family were very disappointed in the service and experience we had today in the Chipotle located inside the Las Vegas Nevada fashion show mall. We came to Vegas on vacation all the way from Denver Colorado and where looking to eat at the Chipotle located inside the mall, we walk in and not only did they not have guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, pico de gallo, and salsas but also the food was cold. At this point we are already very disappointed with the service, and to top it off they try charging us for the chips which are supposed to be complementary when purchasing a meal. We asked the worker if they were gonna put any more food out and they said no, we walk in a few moments later only to find out they had put everything out once we left. When my mom tells them she will put a complaint They laugh in our faces and ignore us. We waited to speak to the manager for an hour, only to find out it was the same person who was laughing at us with their employee. After waiting for an hour he finally comes out and when we try speaking to him he walks away and ignores us. Jonathan was the managers name, as a big company you should not be having employees that treat their customers like absolute garbage. A manager should act professional and put a good example on the employees which he definitely did not do. We will definitely not be coming back.

My family and I were eager for enjoyment some chipotle on July 25, 2024. We entered the Chipotle. They gave us the standard fare of chicken, rice, and beans. However, they were missing the bowl's topping. such as lettuce, cream, sauce, and guacamole. They responded "no" when we asked whether they had anything in the back. When we returned a short while later, everything was served on the table. They all laughed in our faces when we tried to voice our complaints. We made a long wait to speak with the manager when we wanted to called him. At last, Jonathan, the manager, arrived. And it was noticeable to us that he was laughing along with his staff.He became irate and started swearing at us when we tried to discuss the problem with him. And without giving an explanation, he simply turned to leave. We travel from Colorado as we truly adore chipotle, but this chipotle still ignore us. How on earth is Jonathan a manager? Is this an example that a manager ought to set for his staff member? Honestly, all we wanted was to enjoy some chipotle. If you don't want to be mistreated or made fun of, we do not suggest coming to this chipotle. We really had a bad experience.

So we went to chipotle today and we were ordering and they didn't have lettuce sour cream and guacamole then we asked do you have in the back and they were like no. we went to eat outside then a few minutes later my cousin went in side to get a lid for a bowl and he asked if they had any lettuce and they stayed silent. my cousin went back to get water and he saw that they had a big bowl of lettuce, guacamole and sour cream then we went to put complain on the phone and they just said sorry and they didn't do nothing. the lady that was serving us started laughing at us and the other workers as well. so then a few minutes later my brother and my cousin went inside to talk to the manager. my brother told the lady he he could talk to the manager. they waited an hour he came out and my brother was talking to him then he just walked away and it turns out that he was one of the employees laughing at us. He was so unprofessional and he needs to be fired because he can't handle situations like that

We love chipotle big fans but we went earlier today and they didn’t have Guacamole, lettuce, sour cream and pico de gallo. We asked them if they had so in the back and they said NO. We continued with our order. Few moments later they brought out new guacamole, sour cream, and lettuce. All the employees laughed at us like if they were doing it on purpose. We tried talking to the manager Jonathan and he took his time to come out trying to avoid us. He ended up coming out and we realized he was one of the employees that was laughing at us mocking us. we tried to explain to him what happened and he cussed us out and walked away ignoring the whole situation. Jonathan the manager shouldn’t be a manager as he can’t handle any situation professionally. Never had a worst experience in my life til today. We’re ever coming here again and you guys shouldn’t either. Just a bunch of little kids working there.

For a bowel with extra chicken and they even didnt gave me extra ! I asked for a bit more meat cause it was a joke what they scope inside
