Chipotle Mexican Grill

my only issue with this place is that they have teenagers working the counter and they all need an attitude adjustment or the managers need to teach their teenager staff the type of attitude they need to be expressing to keep their customers coming back

The food hygiene is very bad. I had severe diarrhea after eating the food my daughter bought. Very bad restaurant

Place was disgusting. Between the dirty floors and counters there wasn't a clean spot to eat. No food was available for consumption at 2pm (unless you would like just cheese and rice).

The workers during this shift were all deaf, blind, and mute which made ordering very difficult. I appreciate you hiring people who otherwise could not find work, but these people are unable to perform their duties. The owner is to blame for this stores poor performance and inability to uphold the chipotle standard.

This Chipotle is poorly managed. My husband ordered a salad at 6:30pm and they ran out of salad dressing. Refused to make more. They need to do better! Beware of you order a salad, good chance you won’t get any dressing for it.

Tried the new Honey Chipotle Chicken & it was really good.

Dirty, location if you order online they skimp you hard! I ordered double steak ($24)x3 I ended up getting less then the regular portion on all the bowls after spending $90 same at zabbas is half the price

If I could give a 0 I would. I’m not sure how they are in business in 2024 when you cannot get through to the restaurant. I tried for almost an hour to confirm my catering order and I never got through to speak to anyone. Absolutely ABSURD! Never ordering from them again.

First time to try this establishment. It was ok. Service was great and the girl explained what each ingredient was. Presentation was a bit messy but she did try to clean it up. Pretty expensive for a side of guacamole. I to didn’t have utensils and napkins.

Came in to order lunch with my daughter and the male at the register was extremely rude. Apparently asking for a bag of chips and a side of pico at the register is a problem. Won’t be back.

Placed an order online for 3 bowls. Needless to say the bowls were half filled. The amount of each ingredient was about half what we normally received in our previous orders. Talk about food rationing! Won’t be ordering again!

I just wanted to share my experience of this chipotle. This is by far my favorite chipotle out here in Vegas. I drive past 2 other chipotles just to come here. Though the workers are young they are the best batch of young adults. They’re always smiling and the young lady on the line today came from the back washed her hands and proceeded to take my order. Last time I had to ask the older woman to wash her hands after she walked from the lobby back behind the counter WITH her gloves (the only bad experience I’ve had). But it was so refreshing going through the line w the two ladies you had today. And the smell of the food when I walked in. Omggg I’ve a chipotle fanatic and It reminded me of the OG chipotles … IYKYK .. Anywho thank you for having at least one chipotle in Vegas worth it !

The restaurant was very dirty. All the tables were dirty. Food was okay. They forgot to addd sour cream and cheese in my vegetarian burrito.

This is easily the worst Chipotle. They ran out of steak while scooping it into my bowl after I asked for a double portion. It looked like maybe half of a normal portion and they still claimed that it was a double. They put a tiny dribble of sour cream because they ran out of that too and he told me he doesn’t know how long it would be until he could refill it. I asked for cheese and he threw a bunch of lettuce on the bowl instead of cheese and closed it up without putting cheese on. He then got mad when I said I wanted cheese. He then tossed the bowl over to the cashier who also had a bad attitude. The whole restaurant was filthy and they had no forks or napkins out. The price was absolutely ridiculous for the amount of food given.
