This is not the fault of the staff, everyone is friendly and polite for the most part. The reason for only 2 stars is the complete lack of organization on the part of management. Every time I visit the location on Durango and Sunset, it appears to be chaos behind the counter. There’s usually one person cooking while the other 5 people stand at the counter waiting. Management should better equip the staff to handle the demand of this location. I’ve had to wait for steak to be cooked each time I have ordered a bowl, this usually cuts into the lunch time. From an outsider looking in, it appears once a food item is almost gone, the process to replace it is too delayed. I hope things improve.

If I could give a Zero 00 I would, worst restaurant ever. I submitted a catering order in Monday for pick up on Wednesday at 1130, I arrive and am told they are putting my order together, mind you its already 1130 (pick up time). 10minutes later im told its gonna be another 45min-1hr wait for my order that was supposed to be done at 1130. I ask for a manager and am still waiting to speak someone 20mins later. Still no food, been waiting for my order now for 30mins later. We order a lot of cater for my job and I will not be ordering from this establishment again. To note, they have about 8-10 workers here and an empty restaurant.

Got food 55mins later, no manager ever came to speak with me. He walked by looked at me a few times and could not acknowledge that he knew I was still waiting.

I thought it was cool they had a drive thru. But since i long ago, used to manage a Chipotle, i figured i should go inside and check it out for myself for the first time at this location.
First thing i noticed, was disturbingly unclean everything was, from the front finger printed door, dining floor filled with dirty left overs miscellaneous placed.. chairs disorderly, the food line just.. i felt embarrassed for them.
I mentioned the avocado and lettuce looking gross and old, then the manager peeps over my shoulder & says “thats just how the avocado is”…
I waited nearly 14 minutes for fresh steak. It took this poor young “chef” literally 9 minutes to half way cutting up the steak he finished cooking…
Mind you, i stepped out of the line from ordering because there was way less than a full serving of steak on the line ready to be served.. as the sweet young girl who started my burrito asked “am i okay with that amount of steak..”
Uhm…. No. Absolutely not. Not okay with the serving, customer service, the cleanliness of the place..
About to eat this burrito now.. wish me luck.

I don't know why no one who worked there let this go on for more than 20 minutes. The father didn't get off his phone nor turn around to control his kids. There were 2 boys jumping from stool to stool at the bar and then across to the counter by the windows. They stood on top of these tables, screaming and playing with the window blinds while other patrons had to sit and listen to them. Maybe the staff isn't allowed to say anything, but I'm sure this is a food violation and safety hazard.

Gross portion size. Food was too salty and flat out sucks. 3 kids running the joint with no adult supervision or proper guidance. Place was messy no napkins and some of the lemonades were out as well. Please note this was in the middle of the day. Regardless CEO bragged on all social media they now improved portion sizes. They can triple the portions I wouldn't waste another dollar at Chipotle.
Parking: Small busy parking lot. look both ways before you back up out the space
New location already serving slop. Cold food in small portions. How does a location get this bad in such a short time? Management needs to do some serious work if they're going to survive at this brand new location. This is a great neighborhood with a lot of new stuff coming. We don't have to come to your business.

Placed an order 30 minutes prior to my break at work starting to pick up an order. When i enter i am completely ignored for the entire 15 minutes of my break until the very end. The order was ready the entire time and no employee took the time to look. Now i have food gone entirely wasted because i had to wait for someone to check on their own convenience. This isn't even the first time this has happened. I will never dine or take out at this location again. I am incredibly disappointed

The order was ready the entire time and no employee took the time to look. Now i have food gone entirely wasted because i had to wait for someone to check on their own convenience. This isn't even the first time this has happened. I will never dine or take out at this location again. I am incredibly disappointed
