I hate coming to this location but it’s the closest for me because I have to walk. Their customer service needs work the general manager is rude and every time I come here most the workers have the ugliest look on their face, which isn’t pleasing. Their food flavor consistency, I would give 50/50. Sometimes it tastes right sometimes it doesn’t. All in all the atmosphere is not great and I would rather order food and leave.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The service and portion sizes at this location have been consistently unacceptable. I have placed multiple online orders, and each experience has been disappointing. The portion sizes are extremely small, and the food presentation is consistently poor — a clear lack of care for quality.
On my most recent visit, I had to return to the restaurant after a friend picked up our online order due to how poorly the bowls were prepared. Samantha (manager) had Vicki remake my bowl, but both employees were unapologetic and dismissive about the original bowls that were served.
The staff does not take pride in their work or value customers’ time or money. I would never recommend this location.

The meat portion is very small. It seems like they have one employee monitoring the amount of meat given to each customer. I was lucky enough not to have him add my meat portion because it was twice as much as my daughter received from the portion patrol guard. We ordered the same salad bowl. I will never come to this location which is very close to my home. I will just continue to go to arroyo market square.

Went there before lunch (11:30am) and they were out of all the critical protein and extra toppings. I asked if they were going to add extra of something else to offset and they said no.
Poor management. The workers are just doing their job, but management needs to be changed. The rice was also watery and undercooked. The beans were hard and the tortilla was not warm from the machine.
I won't be coming back to this location. I advise you to avoid this location.
I also watched them fill out an online order and the manager said to not add cheese as they were out. I would be mad if that was my order.
Terrible service. You’re workers on the food line shouldn’t be on their cell phones taking personal phone calls laughing not working when there’s a line of ppl. Heavy set black chick on her pink phone with a blue bandaid on her face to be exact. Then she had the nerve to say her cell phone died while talking to someone on her phone.

One young lady was working the inside line while two were on the drive thru line! The manager and two other employees were outside putting away umbrellas and whatnot. Doing more talking than working, while the young lady prepped the food, wrung up the orders, and had a line of people getting more and more frustrated by the minute! Not the experience I would have expected!
