I don't know why no one who worked there let this go on for more than 20 minutes. The father didn't get off his phone nor turn around to control his kids. There were 2 boys jumping from stool to stool at the bar and then across to the counter by the windows. They stood on top of these tables, screaming and playing with the window blinds while other patrons had to sit and listen to them. Maybe the staff isn't allowed to say anything, but I'm sure this is a food...
