The second I walked into the store the whole team was very welcoming and smiling. The store was clean, the order was made quickly and it was delicious. The best part was everything was fresh and I didn’t have to wait for protein to be available.

This Chipotle is trash, skip it. I visited once when they were first opened - wow. They were a mess and don’t think they got any better. Tonight (10/20) was bad. Staff are incompetent. They don’t care. Got one of the saddest looking burrito bowls, extra tortilla was cold, dry and cracked. Missing item. Save yourself the trouble and go to another one.

I’m so over this chipotle, I spend 60$ every time I go for my family of 4 which is normal, however the experience is always trash. The heavier set African American lady is always SO RUDE and miserable, she mistreats everyone she works with and has zero communication skills with guests. The food is never prepared to refill so we’ve had to without rices and meats, for this being a new location in southern highlands, it’s the most disappointing restaurant in cactus that is locals WERE very excited for. Management should really read these reviews.

Paid a couple hundred bucks for catering for a birthday party for the convenience aspect. They “forgot” about the order then didn’t start making it til I asked about it three times. Once they started making it they took about 30 mins and didn’t really rush or care at all. So much for having a pick up time and making it to the birthday party. Horribly mismanaged, quality, and lack of service.

Nathan and his staff are amazing best shift lead when i came in tonight with my friends the food tasted 10/10 and the place was clean and staff was friendly

Gross. The person who attempted to make my order was unable to further chop up the steak for my kids food. Ok. Maybe some policy and she’s following rules. Weird, but fine. She makes the order and asks what sides I would like for the kids order. I ask for white rice and corn salsa. She gives me all white rice. I correct her, she rolls her eyes and scoops the rice off of the plate back into the container with the rest of the white rice. This is a MAJOR infraction. I tell her “hmmmm probably shouldn’t be doing that”. She looks at me and smiles and says “you’re probably right….but the rice is done anyway”. They were out of rice. A burrito place, out of rice at 1pm on Saturday. Basically they messed up every single part of, what ought to be, a really basic operation. Just terrible.

It's chipotle, therefore convenient and available. It's decent edible food. Portions are decent and generally, staff are not overly friendly, which I like. They acknowledge you and get the job done. The one thing I suggest. Please keep your work area clean. Noone wants to see the lettuce on the cream container, nor the cheese on the avocado nor bits of all the ingredients on the assembling board. It's unaesthetic. I understand it's not gourmet food nor a 3-star Michelin restaurant, but have cleanliness around your food.

As far as chipotles locations go, this is the best chipotle in town imo.
If you go in to this location (w cactus ave) and order (as opposed to ordering ahead of time via the app) the food is infinitely better. If you order through the app or you do a pick up or pick it up through the drive-through you're gonna be probably disappointed. But if you go inside and order it'll probably be the best you've ever had
Literally every single time I go in and order it I'm extremely happy with it and literally every time I pick it up to the drive-through I'm disappointed at any chipotle

Not quite sure how every time we order food from this chipotle, it’s wrong. My son wa supposed to have a kids quesadilla. We got two tortillas and no chicken or cheese.
Came in and had a large order (8 items). Jennifer and Liv were so kind and helpful! They went out of their way to ensure each bowl was made well and took the time. Amazing service!

They somehow always get everything wrong or they give you no food even when you pay more for extra food. I put in an order online and they put all the wrong food inside, even though the container holding it had my order on it, showing the stuff I ordered. Disappointing.
