Recently moved to Southern Highlands. I come to this chipotle at least 4-5x a week. Mauricio has the best customer service, always happy and quick to serve my food. Portions are perfect. No complaints here. Flavor of food is amazing and consistent. Recommend this chipotle to anyone! ??

This place just always disappoints. I love Chipotle but this location is really bad. The food looks old, the people that work there completely ignore you. I went in yesterday to grab food to go. 4 people were visibly there working and not one acknowledged me (or the 2 people behind me). There was old soggy looking lettuce, the meats were also looking like they'd been sitting for some time. Nothing looked fresh. After waiting to see if anyone would greet me or take my order after at least 5 minutes and seeing the food quality, I just left and went elsewhere.

Chipotle is always a healthy place for a meal - the lovely thing is their consistency, and this location is no different! Fast and friendly service with precision in the food handling makes for a nice burrito or a bowl. It's also nice they display the calories of all the food and even on the soda machine! Their meals are decently priced and are large in portions, very tasty and fresh. So delicious. Very nice and clean restaurant with inviting atmosphere. Beautiful outdoor patio and drive- thru for mobile orders and pick ups, very convenient. Definitely recommend it!!!

Poorly managed, the food is either old or they are out of the food for your order. I have been to this one about four times and it is consistently bad. I guess I should have learned my lesson the second time. Additionally, the serving area for the staff is very dirty. The food is spilled all over the place.

Absolutely disgusting! Get some adults in here asap or make the one adult there actually get to work. Probably the worst Chipotle I've ever had and been to. Old ass meat, hard beans, brown guacamole just nasty. Clean up the soda machine while you're at it. Total waste of money

So happy we have a Chipotle close by! We go to the Cactus and it's probably the best one we've ate at. Every time we've gone here the people and friendly and fast. The meat always juicy and burritos are huge!

Honestly I normally love Chipotle but unfortunately this location is probably the worst in Las Vegas. Today, there were no cars in the drive thru, and one customer that was already eating, and I was the only one in line, ready to order. A manager was cutting meat (facing me, and did not say a word), 3 other employees on the make line where drive thru is (but there were no cars?) Finally a girl came over to take my order, then said “give me one second” and went back to the other make line. I get it, they probably have online orders, but they need to staff for that if they can’t handle it. Definitely needs new management. It’s actually so bad, that I normally don’t complain, I let things slide all the time. I understand things happen. But this is probably the 9th time I’ve gotten bad service (or food that was too salty/dry/bland). They either don’t follow the recipes or stir the food properly at this location. From now on I’ll go to the Chipotle on LV Blvd and Warm Springs, it’s a little further away but I never have issues there.

Order was a online order. My daughter bought over a hundred dollars in food. Seven meals. Every single meal had hard rice. So under cooked I couldn’t eat my food . You can’t get ahold of anyone to fix the issues. I’m going to take it back to see if the will remake it. The kids just ate the meat. This has happened too many times. Someone in corporate need to address these issues.
