I was a bit disappointed that my burrito couldn’t be cut in half. Many places are happy to do this, and even the photos show burritos served cut in half. It’s a small request but it really improves the experience, especially if you’re sharing.

Walked in and immediately noticed how immaculate the line was— spotless and well stocked. Second, the fajitas “chefs kiss,” they were crispy, and charred perfectly. Third, the workers were so kind, attentive, and generous with the portions. This was probably the best Chipotle I have ever been to.

Completely overcooked the rice to the point where it felt like chewing on rocks, filled the entire bowl with it too which I'm assuming was to get rid of the bad batch.

I'm so excited to have a Chipotle near me! The friendliness of this store is the best I've encountered. They always make me feel welcome. The food is fire as always. The salad vinaigrette is addictive!! I can drink that stuff. Store is beautiful, clean, and bright!!

I put in an order for 10:30 am pickup for drive thru window. I got there right at 10:30 waited at the window for about 10 minutes and no one ever came to the window so I walked in and my order was still not ready so I waited and waited then 11:02 hit and they said they accidently gave one of my orders to another person (I had 4 orders) I didn't get my food till about 11:10. There was also a woman there prior to me and she stated she has been waiting for an hour for an order she put in.
•Depressing atmosphere. - Walked in and got the vibe that everyone just hated life and their jobs
•Small portioned food -I’m not asking for a 5 course meal platter but atleast give me more than 2 grams of protein lol
•Service -As stated before these employees woke up and chose rudeness and negativity.
Whoever the hiring manager is,…how did you meet these individuals and say “yeah they’ll definitely make the brand shine”.

Went in after work to grab a burrito for my bf and a salad for me. The guy doing the line started with the salad by asking what meat, which was carnitas and he added it, then ran out. He added the corn salsa, black beans, rice and then he went to the burrito adding rice and beans and then he skipped the meat and went to the veggies. I said that is supposed to have carnitas, he says you want double meat that will be extra. I told him he never put meat on. He argued with me, tried to dig thru it and said there was meat on it. I told him he put meat on the salad not the burrito. He actually took it to the side to dig more thru it trying to find the meat. I really should have walked out! He was basically nonchalantly calling me a liar. I highly doubt I'll ever come back into this chipotle!

One scoop is not a serving for rice. Chipotle charges almost double for extra meat now which is the first scoop is so small. This chipotle has one person doing all the items not the normal assembly line after the bowl or burrito with rice and beans so that slows them down. The people are nice though. Not their fault they are told to give such small servings. They just opened so maybe they can fix the issues.
