Very bad customer service , small portions , charge extra after not giving proper portions to begin with , eat somewhere else in the food court

I recently visited this Chipotle location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. this employees was extremely rude, speaking to me in a condescending and disrespectful tone, as if they were trying to “teach me a lesson.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable in customer service.

I believe customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy

Just ordered a burrito bowl at 2:15 pm on January 14th. I generally post positive reviews, but had to address rude and condescending behavior of cash register employee.

I ordered brisket with grilled chicken combo and when came to $15.55 I inquired that I has not seen the $14.35 price as it was not listed on menu board. The woman at cash register stated I had to pay highest price for brisket. I advised the steak was only $12.25 and she told me brisket was most expensive again.

She was clearly annoyed when I said the portion of brisket was literally 3 tablespoons and maybe 5 tablespoons of chicken. She told me I had to pay, and I did.

I asked for her name as she said they don't give out names. I asked for a business card and she did give me the general managers card.

I looked in bag and there was no receipt. The bowl was definitely tasty.

I went back to ask her for a receipt as she had not issued me one. I also inquired where the listed price for brisket was. She pointed to glass case and there was a small print, small sign that lists $14.35 for brisket.

I again asked for the receipt and she insisted she had put it in bag. I'm certain it was not in bag or in my possession as she never gave me the receipt. There were 4 people in line, and she told me I has to get back in line to get a receipt.

I got back in line and when I eventually got back to her register, she was clearly irritated. I was, and had been respectful and calm. She said repeatedly she had already given me a receipt, and I had to ask a couple times to please issue me the receipt. She finally did, and wrote in pen "Reprint".

***Notice there is no price for brisket on attached photos.

I hope your customer service there is better.

The food and all are the same as other Chipotle.
It’s the staff that’s overwhelmed and understaffed that brought the possible negative services. Short on staff! This is a management problem. Not enough people means short on items.

There was only one person doing all the plate from beginning to end!?! Non-stop cue from 6-9pm during rush hours. Salute the staff doing all the plates by him/herself.

Chipotle is fast, fresh, and somewhat reliable. The burritos and bowls are packed with flavour, and the guac is always worth it (although there was a significant wait for them to make or prep more). Perfect for a quick meal that won’t break the bank.

“HEALTH AZARD”

I just stopped by Chipotle for lunch, paid with cash, and immediately regretted it. The worker handling the register kept the same gloves on after giving me change, then stepped over to the food line and used those same gloves to grab cheese and lettuce for someone else’s order. Absolutely lost my appetite — that’s a serious health hazard!

Terrible customer service. Walked in at 10:10 pm and the location closing hour is at 11:00 pm, all I got from the male employee is “we re closed.” and he walked away. Just bad.
