First time back to Chipotle in a year or so, and it was the most horribly over-salted steak I've ever had. It was burning my lips from how salty it was. My wife accuses me (fairly) of over-salting meat when I cook, but this was at least an order of magnitude worse than my worst. We're talking cups-when-the-recipe-said-tablespoons levels of salt. I'm actually impressed in a way at how thoroughly bad this was. The portion size thing seems to be fixed, but if it's a fair portion of steak that's so salty you can't even eat it then it's not much of an improvement.

I liked it! Tex-Mex restaurant directly on the Strip, very convenient and fast. It is located in the same room as the Panda Express restaurant.
I loved the flavor of the rice and beans mixed with the spicy sauce (nice) and the meat.
Excellent economical and good solution if you are in Las Vegas. Possibility to sit and eat on site.

The atmosphere isn't that great. It's a bunch of fast food restaurants together. Tables weren't that clean. Food and the service were good. Very easily accessible in th LV strip.

Met expectations. Staff was very nice. I usually don't review fast food places because they are what they are. But the staff was super nice. I hated that there was not an attendant to wipe down tables in this very busy food court. There was one doing other things but tables for us to eat off of would have been nice too.

This place is a god send! Good, fast and affordable food right on the Las Vegas Strip!

It’s always busy but the staff is awesome and keeps things moving.

Seating is shared with another restaurant in the complex but it’s adequate

If you are tired of expensive food and are looking for affordable and filling food, THIS is the place!

Vegetarian options: The veggie bowl and veggie burrito are fantastic vegetarian options

Dietary restrictions: Since you can customize the ingredients , you can meet any dietary requirements

Parking: This is on the Las Vegas strip. Parking is not easily available

Terrible experience at this Chipotle location! As a pure vegetarian with allergies to chicken and non-veg items, I expected basic respect for dietary preferences and food safety standards. When I asked the staff to change gloves after handling non-veg items, which is a standard practice to prevent cross-contamination, they responded with an ugly face, chatter, and clear annoyance.

To make matters worse, they served me a half-filled veggie bowl, far less than the usual portion, and completely ignored my request to add more. Charging full price for half the quantity is nothing short of cheating customers!

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when it comes to respecting allergies and preferences. I will never return to this location, and I would caution others to avoid it as well. Complete lack of professionalism and customer service!
