The Chipotle at this location was not clean, and the staff was very rude. I was disappointed with the overall experience.

It started out with a good experience until the red hair lady with the glasses and black Pollo named Maricella who is management gave me an attitude for asking for an extra empty bowl to split with my partner. She gave me a tin foil lid to use as a bowl when she had regular bowls available. She was also on her phone while there was customers and continued to be on her phone and yelled at her employee infront of us for giving normal size portions. Even customers behind me in line were in disbelief with the lack of customer service abd behavior. I am a regular customer at various locations and have never experienced this behavior. She made rude comments as she walked away from attending me.

Food was good. Service was alright. All employees had backs to us when we walked in and had to wait for one them to finally notice us. Once they did they were quick with our food. However while we were eating a homeless person came in which reaked of urine. They used the soda machine - for free. Then left. Left a horrible smell and then we didn’t refill our soda as that is extremely unsanitary. The workers seen the person do that and did not go out to clean the soda machine and they other guests used the soda machine right after. Very unsanitary

Tried the Beef Burrito, and it was good. Chipotle is an option that never goes wrong. It has a good quality of mexican food and the price is good.
