Chipotle Mexican Grill

I didn’t get a chance to get any food because when you walk in, it’s not so customer friendly no one said anything not one word the person who was going to make the order got pissed because I wanted three tacos and he had to walk to the back to get more taco shells and he showed that he was pissed so all the other workers just stood there like statues. The cook looked like he was high out of his mind and it was just a bad experience. I usually come here often on my lunch break. I guess I caught them at a bad day today.

One of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. Ordered pickup since it’s right next to our hotel. Staff looked uninterested from the moment we walked in. No care, no attention, nothing.

Reached the hotel and found two paid side items missing. Went back, and the same employee handed them over without a word — no apology, no acknowledgement, just blank faces. That’s not service. That’s people going through the motions.

If you don’t want to work, find a place that fits. This was unprofessional from start to finish.

I ordered catering from this location. Perla and Brenda were amazing. They really hustled to get my food out a little early and it was delicious, a real crowd pleaser. This location goes above and beyond and has excellent customer service.

Worst experience my life the Spanish perd dude very rude acting like gagester so sad I am not going this place anymore I was going lanch or dinner since opening

I’ve been to quite a few of chipotles here in Vegas. Guy fixing our food must have been having a bad night. Not friendly. I got a beef burrito.
Normally I can have 2 meals with one. As you can see it’s a baby burrito. On top of it when I bite into it all of the cheese is on one side the meat on the other.
Someone dropped green peppers into the pot and I had to ask him to remove the green peppers when I told him to begin with I didn’t want any of the peppers dropped in the pot on my burrito. I asked for my rice on the side and never got it.
I mentioned to the cashier that the burrito’s shrunk and she just shrugged. A 11$ and change burrito should have some length and substance to it. Even your picture shows a larger burrito.
Not the best restaurant I’ve bought in. Disappointed!

Service was good. Food was hot, but guacamole was too salty. As you can see from the photo, dining area is empty and 4 employees just standing behind the counter. The dining area is filthy. The floors and tables are soiled, have crubs, straw wrappers, and used napkins. The drink station is also dirty and needs refilling.

Vegetarian options: Any item can be ordered as vegetarian, since you can substitute meat with veggies and beans.

Apparently they have some order pick up theft problem. Because they were so worried about someone stealing orders, they didn't give me my full order. I had to come all the way back after getting to my hotel. The food is cold and the way they completely dismissed me and didn't even acknowledge it pissed me right off. Moral of the story, the customer service is terrible. Theft is a legitimate problem but so is having good customer service and not wasting peoples time.

I come here at least once a week, but mostly at the night shift. I came here at 4:55pm. I stood at the counter for about four minutes was not greeted at all. When the gentleman approached me, I said hi how are you? He said nothing and then asked “what do you want?”After repeating myself two or three times To what I wanted in my burrito, he finally understood. The cashier who rung me up was a gentleman with long hair wasn’t any better, he rang me up. I said thank you and he said nothing back. I will definitely not be back at this time instead, I will come to my night time at around 9 PM.

Came in for a quick bowl to go and was very impressed by the efficacy and friendliness of the staff! I know it's just a fast food but it was a great experience, I will definitely come back to this location.
