I ordered food via Uber eats, and through my Uber driver requested that he asked if they can add more lettuce than rice. The driver told me that he was told to tell me if I wanted extra lettuce that I would have to add it in the app. Mind you he was in the shop as we were texting each other through the app. There’s absolutely no way to add extra lettuce, or more lettuce than rice on the app. For something so simple to just add it, because they could’ve added it while I was standing in front of them, how hard is that? I wasn’t asking for anything that was extra that needed to be paid for.

Food is extremely salty, I’m 26 years old and I could barely eat my bowl because everything tastes so oddly salty. Portions were great I just think the cooks or prep should work on not adding so much salt it’s almost inedible honestly

This is my favorite Chipotle establishment that I have eaten at. The customer service is amazing here and they never try to screw me on the portion size. Always very clean and always on time when I do a mobile order.

I was there at 9:20pm and they took for ever to take my order they said they were out of white rice out of Pico de Gallo the steak wasn't even cooked and food was cold the kitchen super dirty! Managers need to talk to their crew they really need to improve on absolutely everything! Horrible experience today!

Me and my fiance went in 6/24 around 6:30pm I got a bowl and he got a burrito. We both sat down to enjoy our meals after a long work day and he took 2 bites and bit a raw chicken. He went up and asked for a refund and the manger we didn’t get her name was super rude. This all happened around 6:30-7pm on Tuesday. She was very rude rolling her eyes as if it bothered her us asking for a refund and her body language was just awful. Idk her name, but if she was the manager she definitely needs to be talked to cause raw chicken is just something that you don’t play around with. We will never step foot in this location again because of her.

Super busy spot,but workers are pretty fast. They needed more help. I suggested they keep one worker to work over time, but I think the big boss was trying to keep tight reins on the hours.
