Chipotle Mexican Grill

Did an online order. One of the items included a simple bowl order. Double rice, Double black beans, & Double steak. I get home open the bowl and I can literally count the beans and the steak pieces in this bowl. I tried to call the store to possibly get some straightening. Maybe a credit on the next visit or something. It’s all automated and won’t transfer to the store. After 5 attempts I had to drive back to the store. The guy at the counter didn’t know I was returning my order and I had him make me a new bowl. Night and day difference. Paid $5+ extra and a few dollar tip on my pick up order and got a regular bowl SMFH.

There was a living bug in my salad 🤢 I almost ate it!! Check your salads before eating. Service is mediocre, just quiet and dead atmosphere compared to other chipotles

By far one of the worst locations I’ve been to. I’ve lived in the area for 5+ years and every time I come the dining area is filthy. And only ONCE in the years I’ve visited this specific location has any of the staff been kind to me or the friends and family I bring. Tonight was the last time I will ever go to chipotle, not only did they give me 7 pieces of cubed chicken as a serving for my burrito bowl, my partner also got half the serving when he paid for a double. We ordered large sodas and I guess they misheard and charged us for smalls.. our total was over $50. For two meals a bag of chips and a side of queso.. we asked for a size up and they wanted more money. Not to mention the whole staff gave the whole line of customers half servings of the meat they ordered. I heard other complaints from other patrons visiting.
99% of my experiences here were bad. Not getting what you pay for, and paying quite a bit in general for what it really is, sucks. Along with getting an attitude for requesting what you paid for.. wild. 0/10 do not recommend.

Today I went to this restaurant and the truth is, my wife and I left very happy, the flavor was very delicious and the service from a young man (Adan) was very good, he is a very kind young man, thank you for a good meal with you

Don’t go here if you’re ordering pick up because I’ve complained twice now about how they give less of everything if you’re not watching them make it.

What irks me is the chips and inconsistency of the food. The meats always taste different, one day it’s good balanced spices on it, the next it’s so spicy I can’t even eat it. The beans will have flavor, the next they’re so bland. Then the CHIPS. I just got lunch today and not a speck of salt or hint on lime on a single chip! And it’s been like this for MONTHS! It’s so annoying. Why can’t you salt and lime the chips, it’s part of the recipe is it not??? It’s such an easy thing to do it’s like they’re just lazy. It’s more so only this location too. And stop rushing everyone when they’re ordering, it’s rude! Chipotle is not cheap we spend at least $40 for two of us every time; I expect my chips to have flavor, the food to taste consistent and decent service where I don’t feel like an inconvenience being rushed out.

Dirty place, food counter is dirty with old dried meat!!! rice everywhere i walked in then straight out i was disgusted at how dirty the place was

Everything on display looked old and dry even the rice. The boy that helped me was so rude. It seemed he had somewhere else to be. I won't be planning to ever visit this location again. 17 dollars wasted.

They skeeted me on my protein. Never acknowledged me,and had a attitude had me my food and vinaigrette? Like how yall go up prices but skeet peoples food? I will be filling a complaint with the BBB since it looks like the comments aren’t getting anywhere.
