This is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The floor and tables are a complete mess. The food line is empty... no beans, no rice, no meat, and no sour cream. Who supervises this restaurant?

Workers are so slow. It literally takes forever for them to even get started on your order. And to top it off one of the workers was literally on a phone call as she was serving food. This place needs better management!!!

I had been a long-time customer of Chipotle. But this particular store is awful. Their line employees are slow, rude and never greet you. Also, never thank you for your business. They are always running out of items. Whoever is the store manager, they are not managing at all. The line employee had a 12 people line and yet no peer came to help. He kept on going to the back of the store (my guess to vent out) every time he came back, he was slower, with a miserable look like asking to rescue him out of there. They had no chips available, yet for the online station they did, yet could not give me a bag from the top shelf. I am never coming back to this store. My visit was on 2/16/2025 in the afternoon. But this is not the first time I get such poor service by the same employees.

Food always great and good on calories for my diet easy to choose from menu always explained for the technicalities! Needed some cleaning up around the fountain drink area other than that was very good

Let me tell you the food is amazing...but omg lately the last couple times I been there they never have nothing no guacamole no steak no lettuce like common this are thing that you have to have Chipotle bowl.. it verly 550 pm on a Wednesday with no guacamole no steak no lettuce no restock and still have the odacity to stay ill charge extra are you seriouse... I've gone to other Chipotle unlv campus and others they are always more busy than this location and they are always stock on food... why I still go to this location because is the closest one to were I leave either you need to chance you manager or something because even though their always low on food or not even had nothing I don't see no one hustling cooking the food or making more food just dirty containers and no meat or chicken cooking.. you guys need to step it up and it's not the first time.. and the communication is horrible they still see a huge line and cannot communicate to say o we don't have this and made the poor customer wait for along time and at the end customer leaves because their nothing what they want...

Been here 4 different times within the last 6 months and they're always out of chips.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Dining area was dirty, they were out of all meats with a 20 min. Wait. Pretty poor planning around dinner time.

We went in here this afternoon to have an early dinner and they were virtually out of all the meats, chicken, barbacoa, steak, and brisket and it was going to be up to a 20 minute wait for our order.

Needless to say we left and went somewhere else but the disorganization of this place was shameful.

They really need smarter management and more efficient staff!

How do you run out of all the main ingredients of your product at dinner time??
