Honestly, I was very disappointed this time. We usually go inside to order our food, but since this was a larger order, we decided to place it online for the first time. We ended up regretting that decision.

When we got home, we realized one of our orders was incorrect. First, the sauce was missing, then the Dr. Pepper was completely flat. On top of that, one of the meals was made wrong. We had a total of four orders: one burrito and three bowls: two with steak and one with barbacoa. Instead of one of the steak bowls, they repeated the barbacoa order.

I tried using the online help service to fix the issue, but it said it was unavailable, which was very frustrating because we were hoping to resolve the problem quickly and pick up a corrected order. Since the online support wasn’t working, we had to drive back to the restaurant to figure out what happened.

The manager did fix the order for us, apologized for the mistake, and made everything right. My main complaint is about the online service. It made it much more difficult to address the issue, and it honestly would have been faster to just speak with someone in person. I also tried calling the location to give them a heads-up about our order, but it took forever to get through on the phone.

Overall, the in-person staff resolved everything well, but the online ordering and support process made the situation far more frustrating than it needed to be.

They have great steak burritos

Great food that is both nutritious and delicious at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Don't EVER make an online order and definitively DO NOT TIP THEM because if you do give them a $10 tip like I did you will regret it. Spent $250 on lunch for the team and they didn't put the extra protein WE PAID for. Didn't give a single fork or napkin, were VERY RUDE to my lot attendant. The female that interacted with him needs to find another line of work. I tipped them and got poor food and service. Thank you for nothing.

Update, Chipotle corp reached out via email. They offered a bogo, buy one get one. Just one. Great job Chipotle. A $250 order that was flatlined due to terrible service and had no where near the amount of food we paid for and they offer a buy one get one. Great job guys this is really making me want to come back. Hopefully someone reads this and Chipotle looses some business because they DO NOT CARE about their customers or the fact that they ruined an entire dealerships lunch that day... Thank you again, for absolutely nothing.

Food was delicious. Everything in the kitchen and food area looked clean and sanitary. There were a couple employees not really doing anything while the line waited and no one was taking orders. The cook came over to stock some things and the girl in front of me tried to order from him. He said he's not that guy. 🤣 He didn't get anyone either. We waited patiently for at least 5 minutes. But then I got my food and it was good. You can still go there to get good food. The dining room was typical. A few people were road raging in the congested parking lot. If you can go to another one, you should. But if this is what you have near you and you want chipotle, still go.

I ordered a bowl with rice, carne asada, guacamole and cheese. Everything was good except the amount of salt they put in the guacamole. I couldn't enjoy the meal. If this place regulates their recipes, someone needs to come and check it out. It can create hypertension burst. Please clean your tables, floor and windows.

So I ordered chips to eat with my bowl, and they are not in the sealed bag. Not sure why they're making mistakes if u guys don't even answer calls, supposedly so u can be super focused on orders YET IM STILL MISSING A WHOLE BAG OF CHIPS I PAID FOR. Not about the money, it's about I'm at work n can't go get them to enjoy my food the way I want 😠

I have been coming to this Chipotle location for 2 years. Don't eat Chipotle very often but when we do it will be here. I never had that bad of an experience until now. I ordered online for pick up, 2 steak burrito bowls. One for my husband without chili and with roasted corn half chicken and steak. My husband does not eat chili at all. Mine was the steak burrito bowl with extra steak, extra black beans chili and plenty other condiments. I was also given half chicken and steak and no beans. This is so bad, the employees just created their own version of burrito bowls or they gave me the wrong order. Who knows. The names were not even writen on them to know which one was whos. I had also gotten my children steak quesadillas but those were the only order they actually got right. Upside I reported it on the app and they did give me a free entre and free drink. But I dont know if I should order my husband his burrito bowl without chili, or I'd the employees will retaliate and spit in our food yuck
