Ordered off the app for pickup on my way to work. Signed up for the app and ended up getting a reward for free guacamole. Redeemed the reward at checkout and when we went through the drive thru to pickup, there wasn’t any guac in the bag. My boyfriend went inside to explain and the girl at the register told him “that’s not how it works” simply because we didn’t add it to the cart before redeeming the reward. We shouldn’t been able to redeem the reward if it was required to add the item to the cart (it is a mistake on my part but the focus should’ve been helping the customer. Not trying to shoo us out of your business) She then charged him an additional $3 for the guacamole that was supposed to be free. Not the best way to accommodate customers at all. Having an attitude while speaking to customers is not how it should be done. If you as an employee don’t want to deal with a quick fix situation, then you should ask your manager to take over. This is coming from a store manager themselves. As a newer location, customer service and reviews should be priority.

Service was horrible. Didn't have grilled veggies. When I asked they said they didn't have any then pulled a container out of the fridge and put veggies on the grill. They just didn't want to cook them. I asked for them on the side when there were done and they gave the smallest container. Soda machine was out of ice, when I asked if they had ice the employees made a face.
