I witnessed an employee making my food with no gloves and using bare hands to sprinkle ingredients...even if their hands were completely sanitized, they were touching their phone every few seconds while making my food and sprinkling ingredients with their bare hands.
A phone is not sanitary and should not be put on the countertop where food is made and you definitely shouldn’t touch your phone while making food with bare hands . I asked for a refund and probably will never be back

Used to love this place. Just came back today to pick up my order. I'm missing ingredients, the portion size of the extras I paid for is sad, and overall size is smaller. For the charge price vs what I got it's not worth it anymore for me.

I’ve been here twice now and the salads and quesadillas have been on point! The staff and customer service are exceptional too.

I loved it so much I went two days in a row while on a trip to Vegas. BUT both days, I paid extra for chicken and it wasn’t added though it was definitely on my receipts. I even mentioned it the second day and asked them to make sure it was included this time. They promised it was under the sauce, but it wasn’t, and I was still charged again. It was still delicious, and the gal working both days was really nice, but the missing chicken both times was frustrating.

Ordered through Uber Eats. This was my first time trying Chop Stop and I must say I will be ordering again. The food was amazingly fresh. I loved how the beets were still raw and crispy. 😋 They had a bogo so I got to enjoy two. However, they were way skimpy on the chicken which includes an up sale fee. The chicken is priced for 6 small cubes of chicken which I think they can do better. With the price or the amount of chicken given.

Came here while on a trade expo cause we wanted something healthier. It's affordable, nice people, and honestly we keep saying this salad is so good. Honestly better than the $25 salad I had yesterday.

Normally I love this place but this is the third time my order is completely messed up. Missing items that i added or the wrong base. This is the first time I asked for a refund because I know mistakes happen. But this order was just completely messed up and if I'm gonna pay 30 plus for a salad I want all my ingredients.

I came in here because I had a Groupon and I wanted something healthy in the area. I guess I ordered the wrong thing.
I ordered a new item on the menu corn wrap and a chop salad. The corn wrap hardly had any veggies and a ton of sauce and cheese. The flavor was sour and warm.
Did not feel healthy.

They also had Pepsi products and unhealthy chip brands for sale....

The fact that you can't see them prepping the food and what they do in the back versus a open kitchen Chipotle Style felt strange
