Food is good, but they cheap you out on proteins. and when i went to open my salad at home the sauce container wasnt closed, got sauce all over the place. Service was good, but i ordered a salad and ended up spending 17$!!! Completely overpriced, probably wont be coming here again.

I recently visited Chop Stop and built my own salad — it was incredibly fresh and delicious. I added shrimp along with a variety of vegetables, making it both flavorful and healthy. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially for my first visit, and my order was prepared within minutes. The restaurant is small but very clean and well-maintained. Chop Stop on Durango is a salad spot with a variety of salads, build your own salad, wraps called “Chopaninis”, bowls called “Chopurritos”, Quesadillas, Chips and beverages.

Recommended by a co-worker and it was a great recommendation for lunch. My first time here and I absolutely love that their greens are chopped and everything else is chopped that goes into your choice of salad or bowls. Because sometimes ain’t gonna lie there’s been times when in my salad experience I get big chunks and long chunks and I have to use a knife to cut them up. Friendly and quick service. Generous Portions for the Salad Bowls good for two people to share. Prices are reasonable.

On the menu:
Build your own Salad Bowl - romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, tofu, egg whites, sunflower seeds, carrots and celery with Cesar dressing. I had to order an extra Cesar dressing for the salad it was recommended by my co-worker. I’m glad I did. My salad was tasty. I liked it a lot. I would go back to try other items on the menu.

I had such a great experience at Chop Stop! The food was absolutely delicious and super fresh. The customer service was incredible—everyone was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is very clean and welcoming, and my salad came out in just a few minutes. Everything was quick, easy, and perfect. I went here after a workout yesterday for the first time. The customer service was very friend and helpful. I ordered the Cobb salad and I must say, it was delicious! The portions are large so I was able to take some home for later. I will definitely be coming back.

Horrendous wait times. Never again!

This is a very casual place. The workers are very nice and helpful to say the least. The two guys here were extremely professional. My only complaint is the $15 steak burrito I had barely had any steak. The flavor was decent but lacking on the meat portion side, it was very little meat. Otherwise it would have been a pretty good burrito and worth the price.

Chop Stop isn’t just my favorite salad spot – it’s run by some of the kindest, most genuine owners I’ve met. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated like a regular, even if it’s my first visit.
The food is always fresh, delicious, and super satisfying. They really don’t skimp on ingredients, and the portions are more than generous. What blows me away is the pricing – for how much food you get and the quality, it’s an incredible value. Healthy eating can be expensive, but not here.
Between the welcoming atmosphere, great service, and unbeatable prices, Chop Stop has become my go-to spot. Highly recommend supporting this local gem!

The owners are the sweetest people in the world. I went there when they are not there and their employees exceed my expectations. Their food is delicious. I keep on craving that chef salad every week. They have so many delicious choices and you will not go wrong by going to this little gem.

First time finally discovered this location so close to my home didn’t want nothing heavy husband and I wanted something light and a salad was delight. Place was clean. Food was fresh staff was amazingly sweet and comforting. Couldn’t help it, but I did download the app immediately and when I sent the Paper look at he downloaded it too !!

My wife and I were driving around Las Vegas, searching for a new dining spot, when we stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Interestingly, there are only two locations in Las Vegas, but this place has the potential to thrive on the northwest side of the city. The food was phenomenal. I can’t believe there aren’t more locations across the Las Vegas valley. I ordered the Chipotle Chopanini, while my wife opted for the Salmon Chopped salad. Both dishes were outstanding, and the sauce in the Chipotle Chopanini, was especially impressive. I’m already looking forward to our next visit, even though it’s a 40-minute drive across town. That trip might just be worth it. If this restaurant were closer to home, I’d eat there at least once a week without hesitation. Thank you for the excellent customer service and spot-on recommendations. We’ll definitely return soon!

This place used to be great. I used to love coming here. They used to have spring mix. Now they do not. Only romaine, kale, or spinach. They used to give extra dressing for free, now they charge 53 cents for it. I used to be able to get a full salad with protein for under $10. Now it's almost $15. And today I got horrible diarrhea from eating the salad with protein. Taking a look at the salmon, which was my protein, it looks like it's obviously raw and not fully cooked. I am pretty sure that's what caused the diarrhea. Needless to say I will never go back to this place again. The service is the only decent thing about the place but...like other people have said in their reviews, this place has just gone downhill. It's sad. Oh and I am editing the review because the owner has no respect for customers. His claims are totally false. The ORIGINAL owners of Chop Stop DID have Spring Mix AND they DID NOT CHARGE FOR EXTRA DRESSING. Thus, it is these new owners of Chop Stop whi have run this business into the ground. Yes, I was fully aware that there is now a charge for extra dressing. However, there did NOT used to be a charge with the original ownership. And even if you get your proteins and salmon somewhere else, you could have easily gotten a bad batch or perhaps it was expired. Either way, I do not care. I DID GET SICK AND DIARRHEA FROM EATING YOUR SALAD. THATS A FACT! So instead of being rude to customers, decent owners would have shown sympathy by perhaps offering a free replacement. Well...not you obviously. And even if you did, after your nasty and ridiculous comments, I would not dream of ever returning. It is just sad that you as the new owners have run this place into the ground. You should be ashamed! People should never come to this location!

Great customer service as always! I’m glad that they have plenty of options to choose from. This restaurant is consistent on speed and very clean restaurant. Family owned restaurant. We will come back and try their new soups, we orders the Tex-mex and Cobb salad both delicious!
