You eat it, and five minutes later you’re wondering if you actually did. I won’t be returning—there are better places, and my trust issues can’t handle the hygiene situation. That said, others might enjoy it. Just not me, my stomach, or my peace of mind. It is deeply concerning to see your cashier touch a desk area contaminated by money exchange and then, without washing their hands, handle my salad with bare hands. Additionally, I paid for a side of hummus, yet the portion provided was noticeably skimpy and did not reflect what was charged. Don’t buy hummus if you want to end up licking the foam plate to get an ounce out of it provided receiving such a minimal amount, combined with the lack of proper hygiene, made the experience disappointing and unacceptable. Proper hand washing and sanitation for food preparation is important to me. They do have very good flavor for the kebab (I could appreciate the spices and the flavor). But don’t forget my salad tossed in pedestrian manner by hand without first washing hands.
