Today we went to dinner and Derek prepared us a dish of chicken, meat, rice and salad to share and it was delicious, of course we are going to return. Derek is very nice, very kind and super attentive. 100% recommended.

I liked the following points: 1. Namazkhana (prayer room) if you need, ask and the guys will allocate it for you 2. The prices for such a cool family meat set are a real balm for the soul after the prices in California. 3. The taste of meat is absolutely disgusting. And lula, and lamb, and veal and chicken. Everything is top notch. And the Afghan dish with rice and a leg of lamb in the middle turned out very cool. My daughter almost ate everything 4. Also, the employee (cook) knows Russian and if you need anything, you can talk to him. 5. The main reason we came initially was Halal meat!
Do not go here. The owner vandalizes people’s cars. After dining at a neighboring restaurant, I returned to find my car defaced with a large, difficult-to-remove sticker. When I went inside to ask about it, the owner openly and proudly admitted that he had done it as punishment for parking in "his" spot. However, when I walked around my car, there was no visible sign indicating the space was reserved. The owner’s response was outright hostile—rude, aggressive, and combative. He attempted to justify his actions by pointing to a sign on an entirely different parking space, one I had not parked in. Only after I backed out did I see what he was referring to: a tiny, ripped, and barely legible piece of paper duct-taped to the curb. This was his excuse for illegally vandalizing private property. Let’s be clear: this is not just unethical, it is illegal. Willfully defacing someone’s vehicle is criminal damage and a blatant act of misconduct. No legitimate business owner behaves this way. If this is how he treats strangers in a parking lot, imagine the disregard he has for basic service and hygiene standards inside the restaurant.
I will never spend a dime here, and I strongly suggest others do the same. There are plenty of restaurants where respect, professionalism, and basic human decency still exist—this is not one of them.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT! they vandalized our car by putting a sticker on it because we quote “parked in their spot.” However there was not a true sign, there was a sheet of paper on the bottom of the parking spot that one couldn’t even possibly see. When we spoke to the owner about it he was rude, combative and said “now you’ll remember now to park in my spot.” Seriously have never experienced such rudeness. These stickers are not easy to peel off. Cannot believe this behavior from a local business owner.

We stopped in on our way back to Cali after a long weekend getaway. The older man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.
We ordered the Lamb Chops, Chapli Kabob, and Gyro Wrap.
The lamb chops were cooked to a perfect medium, they were soft, succulent and seasoned to perfection. They weren't dry or too gamey at all. Just perfect! 👌
The gyro was also excellent could use a little less of the veggie toppings, but I am just being picky.
The chapli kabob although cooked to a crispy exterior and soft juicy interior was cooked to perfection, but was bland and not seasoned well. Could have used some more salt and pepper. The Qabuli Palaw was amazingly delicious.
The sides of the chutney were the perfect compliment to the meal, along side the side salad.
This was an altogether excellent meal for lunch. The portion sizes are enough to feed 2 people per dish especially considering the low prices per dish.
None of our food was left behind we took it to eat on the road. It was perfect for the end of our trip. We will definitely be back next time.

Small hole in the wall but of all the middle eastern/mediterranean/halal type foods I've tried. And its been a lot lately, this place has been the best. It takes a bit to make the food so I like to call ahead but the meat is soft enough you can break it apart with a plastic fork. If you've shopped around for good ground beef kafka. That's huge to me, plus it doesnt smell and tastes great. Lamb is a bit chewey so I prefer the ground beef and chicken.
Recommend getting the sauces and a plate. Salad and rice are solid to the point I dont substitute either but they'll do it if you ask.
