Always happy when airport food is surprisingly good. This was the case. Great club sandwich and chop salad.

How are you gonna let people put in a reservation and watch them waiting to be called up, then close the place with zero communication?! I was waiting for the meal before my flight and I waited so long I didn't have time to put a reservation in anywhere else. Very unprofessional. I hope everyone there stubs there toe.

Created a reservation on the App to be on the wait list, still haven't been notified my table is ready. We waited there after putting in our name and found a place at the bar, 25 minutes after arriving. After 15 minutes we were asked for our order. At this point our flight was boarding in 30 minutes so we asked for to-go food, they informed us the kitchen was slow and most likely wouldn't have our food in time. We left hungry and frustrated. Airport restaurants should be quicker given their location...people are flying out.

Terrible experience. Service was slow, appetizers came cold, we informed our server but chose to eat them anyway. Then our food took a while and it was cold too. Sent the food back to have to wait for the manager to get off her lunch break to remove items off the bill. And then once we got the bill, the server didn't even bother to come and collect payment, but was busy with other clients including new walk-ins. Terrible experience.

One of the only decent locations at the airport open for lunch in our terminal. Took a long time to get served, and the server was just not very professional. When I asked for bbq sauce instead of honey mustard for my chicken sandwich, she went on a tirade about how much she hated the bbq sauce there....even if it turned out it wasn't the greatest, there are other ways to impart the information. The food was just okay. The green been were hard, the french fries were frozen tasting. The sandwich and my wife's burger weren't bad, though. And of course, it's fairly expensive, since we were at the airport and in Vegas.

For an airport restaurant where people are on a schedule, the staff lacked hustle. Plenty of staff. ??‍♀️. Once we finally got seated. Food was adequate.

Very stressed service , decision time between menu and order 38 seconds. Unfortunately only 2 types of beer from the tap( without Budlight, we’re talking about beer).?

We were pleasantly surprised by the relatively reasonably-priced food we were able to get at the Chop House while waiting for our flight home. Several other dining options had similar items on their menu that were priced two or three dollars higher. The restaurant's menu offers up a lot of good choices for the travelling diner. Our food was delicious and the service courteous and quick. For those looking for a brew or two, there are a number of good options on order.

Pretty good quality of food and beverages given that this is an airport establishment! The service was courteous but could have been a bit more faster. Overall, very pleased with the food quality, prices and dining experience. Perfect if you have an hour or more to pass at the Las Vegas Airport.

Waited to be seated (fine). Waited to order and get drinks (quite a while, pondered leaving as they should have had us wait off the table longer). Got half a refill because the waitress took my half full/empty glass. Got a check with a circle on gratuity (presumptuous much for that 25%?). That was poor service. I mean, c'mon, I wanted more refills than half a glass at 4ish$ a soda.

After having multiple staff members pass by us to not even greet us while we were waiting to get seated… we got greeted by rudest hostess, wasn’t even apologetic for the wait or the fact that there was no seating due to the kitchen being “backed up”, if that’s the kind customer service I am getting before getting seated then I can just imagine my service after getting seated.

Good place to spend time in Vegas airport. The food was good but costly.

If I was rating on service alone, it would be 5 stars, straight up. The ambiance is nice and I love Terminal 3 and most everything about it at McCarren but the quality of food was more on par with a Terminal 1 experience. Just to clarify, I love Terminal 3 but Terminal 1 SUCKS! The food was pretty flavorless and not well constructed. My turkey sandwich was just blah and the bread tasted cheap. maybe if our fantastic server had been making the food, it would have been better because she was really the only good thing about our dining experience.
