No wonder why they have below 4 ratings. I ordered my breakfast half an hour ago and it seems like they are preparing it until my flight departs. I also ordered a pineapple juice with light ice, but it was delivered with half a glass of ice. When I reminded about light ice, then it was put into a small glass and served. Horrible.
Brewers, Breakfast comes with buttermilk biscuit, but it was delivered with 2 loaves of bread. She did not tell me they have ran out of the biscuits when she took the order or while they were preparing it.
I spent 5 days in Vegas, did dine in in various restaurants and this is the worst experience I've ever had, not only in Vegas, but in any of the airports I've traveled.
Please do not waste your time and money here.

I originally stopped by this resturant because of the lack of food choices there was at the Terminal, and those resturants had very limited menus. Considering this wasn't any more expensive, decided to give it a go. Order the Burger with a side of fries and a glass of water. Service was ok, the food was so-so, and the atmosphere was great. The burger was actually pretty good, and tasted just like a good burger. I wouldn't reccomend the fries because they defenitely had that frozen quality to it with some sort of seasoning thrown on it. Atmosphere was good and all the TV's around the bar area were enjoyable to watch the games. Overall, it was a ok place.

There are little to no options in the international terminal at Harry Reid. Bethatasitmay, my prime rib sandwich was the absolute worst. It was full with of fat and extremely chewy. For three of us, the check was over $100 USD. I think TGI Fridays would have been better. Such a waste of money!! I gave 2 stars instead of just one due to the service not taking forever. There was only one waitress taking orders on the patio but she did her best to get us in and out quickly.

Horrible!!!! Service was bad, my food sucked! I ordered seasoned fries there was no seasoning at all. I took it back and the horrible waitress took my food sprinkled some powder ranch and said here you go. Mind you the fries were already soggy and cold!!! Ruined my birthday lunch!!!

Not busy at all. Stood around for eight min or so. A guest finally told us to just sit and order off the phone app. We sat in the back a gentleman told us we had to move to the front fair enough. We finally figured out the app but phones are not connected to money so we asked the lady and she said we could pay her. I have an allergy to gluten I asked about the steak and when she came back out they said the kitchen was closed. And asked if we wanted drinks. 20 min gone! Disappointed. Some people just need to do better

I didn't eat there, it's inside the sacramento airport, we were on a delayed flight so we decided to get a couple of drinks. The waitress must have been having a bad day, she complained about everything. Although she didn't delay service to us, she made it known to us she was busy and would be with us shortly.

Waited for 5 minutes to be seated as no one was around. Finally got some attention and she said to sit anywhere we want. Went to a spot and she said no not there, then said oh what do I care I’m not your server. Very slow and rude service, we left and went somewhere else.

Nice enough people, when they get around to it. Pretty empty and we waited 8 minutes to be seated, to find out the bar is …open seating. Watched 3 people (mind you there are a total of 14 people in here) ask repeatedly for their check. Clearly nervous about missing their flights.
There’s no bias for action, but the food is decent and the service is polite when it exists.
I’d say if you have a really long delay, give it a shot. Otherwise probably not worth the risk.

Probley the worst resturaunt experience ever. Waitress was extremely rude (bigger masculine blonde women). I wish we read some reviews before sitting down. This was the first time in my life that I left 0$ tip, and feel no guilt about it whatsoever. I imagine this place will not get any better until management is replaced. Service is 0 stars.

They simply don't care about their guests. Let us waiting 30 mins to have a table (no hoster named Jade aperars). And the restaurant was not crowded. Food was good...

It's airport food, so I am not sure why I expected better, but I think that the fast food options at the airport might actually be better than this. Burger was very bland, and unappealing, but did fill me up I guess. Service was quick and generally fine. Atmosphere existed, but it was still an airport terminal.

All in all, I don't like fast food, but save your money and go to burger king, it might actually taste better and will be much cheaper.

Good service, we had a chicken sandwich and a corned beef sandwich that may be one of the best I've ever eaten, everything else was good for an airport restaurant.
