Since returning to the States from Guam over 20 years ago, I have searched high and low across Las Vegas and Henderson for a siopao that could even come close to what I once enjoyed living in the Micronesian islands. Until now, I hadn’t found it. Chow King has truly captured that authentic taste—perfectly balanced spices, cooked at just the right temperature and timing. It took me back instantly. I ordered the breakfast to go, fried chicken and siopao asado for my family of 5, everything was delicious, it reminded me back home, I preferred to eat here over jollibee. I would come back for more.
