This Chuck E. Cheese is well-maintained and a great place for family fun! The staff keeps everything clean and organized, making it a welcoming spot for kids and parents alike. I’ll definitely be bringing my son back for more visits. While I do miss the classic physical tokens and paper tickets—there was something special about watching your tokens dwindle and carefully choosing each game—it’s still a fantastic experience. Kids today may not get that same nostalgic feeling, but the excitement of earning prizes and playing games is still alive. Great spot for a fun outing!

This place is run by someone completely incompetent, and the majority of the staff is inattentive. First, no one is to be found up front when you need to order or buy something—you have to yell for someone to come from the back, as if you've annoyed them, twice… The $36 fee for one child for 90 minutes does NOT include access to the trampoline. Are you kidding me? This makes no sense, it's an extra $10 for that. Two people came in, and kicked all the kids off the trampoline because no one had paid for it. Many of the game machines do not work, so that should be the cherry of the cake you’d think but not…
When you're ready to check out you do get a little prize at the end, only the annoyed lady was up front. When I asked if someone else could help us while she assisted a quite large family, she bluntly told me, "I'm the only one here, and I'm not going to rush them." I never asked her to rush anyone. I simply asked maybe the staff member who kicked the kids off the trampoline can help..but no, he is now unavailable to tell us how many points we had so we could be ready to leave when the "main" lady was done helping the family.
I was irritated by service that doesn’t come
close to matching the price and I don’t care at all to pay for a great time, but you're better off taking your kids to pretty much any other indoor fun/trampoline place. This place is a letdown, and only decent for birthday parties, food is mediocre/okay, therefore 1 star seems just right.
My family went it with coupons CeC sent us. Unfortunately the free CottonCandy was not available. Bought the kids cup upgrade had 4 colors displayed only had green. My daughter wanted purple. Mind You this was early Saturday. So looks like store was unprepared for weekend rush. As well as multiple games not working. But didn't have sign indicating so. This location gets a C grade. I'd recommend another location.

I should have trusted my instincts after my first visit to this Chuck E. Cheese, but unfortunately, I kept coming back because my kids love it, and I have a Gold Membership. Sadly, my daughter’s brand-new iPhone, which she just got for Christmas, was stolen during our visit to this location.
When I approached the manager, Denise Cinto, to check the cameras since the employees hadn’t reported a lost phone, she refused to help. This was beyond unacceptable, especially considering I’ve spent over $1,000 at this establishment.
The lack of care or accountability from the staff and management is appalling. It feels like this location encourages theft, and families are not valued here. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—go somewhere else where your family and belongings will be treated with respect!

Fun place. Some of the machines were down as always. But overall my son had a good time.
We have a great time at a Chuck Es about once or twice a week. The monthly pass is an incredible bargain

Kids were done playing at last hr of Chuck E. Cheese before closing and were hoping to use their points to get small toys. The employee told us that they are closed and can’t complete the service/ experience as we were walking out (at 9:00 pm) even though we were still on the premises! Bad experience and will not use that location again.

On Monday, January 13, 2025, at 7 p.m., I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager of this location. I felt discriminated against and insulted by the way I was treated. The woman was rude, showed no professionalism, and lacked any courtesy when speaking to me. I believe she needs training on how to treat customers with respect and kindness.
That day, I entered the establishment and went directly to the counter to reload my points card and order a pizza. We chose to sit near the restroom for convenience due to potential accidents with my son, who has Fragile X Syndrome. While we were there, my son, who is hyperactive, was jumping in the birthday area, observing two kids playing in the ticket booth. He wasn’t bothering anyone; he was just watching and jumping. At one point, I approached him to ask him to step away so the parent could take pictures. It’s important to note that the birthday area only had two adults and two children, and the game area was almost empty, with maybe 10 people in total, including kids and adults.
At that moment, the manager approached me and, in a very rude manner, told me that my son could not be in that area and that I needed to “keep an eye on him” at all times. This was deeply offensive to me because I frequently visit Chuck E. Cheese locations, both in Las Vegas and in different parts of California, and I’ve never had such an issue before. I’ve spent a significant amount of money on birthdays and visits to your establishments, and I always try to visit during less busy times so my son can feel comfortable.
What upset me the most was the way the manager spoke to me, as if my son was doing something wrong or was a bad person. My son wasn’t bothering anyone, and there were no complaints from other customers. Additionally, there are no signs prohibiting access to the birthday area or barriers restricting entry. I felt discriminated against because I’ve seen other people walk through that same area without being told anything.
My son wasn’t causing any trouble; he was simply happy and excited to watch his favorite character, Chuck E. Cheese. It’s a special moment for him, and any parent can understand how priceless it is to see their child happy. However, this experience made me feel as though I have to “walk on eggshells” to avoid problems. This shouldn’t be the case.
A place advertised as a family-friendly environment should have staff trained to interact with individuals with disabilities and show empathy. The manager’s behavior was unacceptable and left a very poor impression. It makes me question whether it’s worth visiting a place where my son cannot feel free and happy. I hope you take action to ensure your employees are more professional, kind, and prepared to serve all types of customers.

I have to say most kid places these days aren't really catering to the service there it's ran by teenagers not to mention the food quality has gone down Pizza still great but the prices are just so driven hi it's amazing how they get away with this anyway I just dropped nearly $160 and all the games felt like they were ran down or damn near broken obviously they don't like to keep their maintenance is up on all their equipment for the kids to play on anyway I'd recommend doing anything else to this Chuck E cheese
