I had a bad experience with a lady at the house where you could get a beer while the kids were doing circles in their place. You can get the last beer at 8:00 or 8:30 I don't remember the problem is that my husband and his friends came over 45 minutes before this time and asked for a beer, what did the lady do she didn't answer anything she turned around and left but my husband was waiting to be served after 45 minutes another lady comes over and tells us that you can't drink alcohol after 8:00 pm. And when the question followed why the lady didn't serve us when we asked but after 45 minutes you came over and refused us. We didn't get an answer they spoke badly and without any respect towards their guests who spend time and money in their place. I recommend that you be worse with the guests they will probably draw attention to you then.

I drove 35 min to come to this part of town.thinking it would be better.i was comepletly wrong!! Omg!! 1hr and 30 min for 2 pizzas! The games said 1 credit and using 2 at every swipe! Which is false advertizing a d a lawsuit. A d the cashier was useless!! Couldnt even add points to my card.wow! The manager was no better.and the restrooms filthy! Im a gold card member,i will not return to this location ever.

We had the worst experience imaginable at Chuck E. Cheese. The service was entirely lacking. No staff support, no attentiveness, and absolutely no effort from management to address issues. Most of the arcade machines were broken, ruining the kids’ fun and turning what was supposed to be a celebration into frustration. We were left to clean up after ourselves because the staff and management couldn’t be bothered to help or keep the place clean. The bathrooms and entire facility were disgusting, filthy, unhygienic, and utterly unacceptable. The management team was dismissive and unprofessional, showing zero regard for their customers’ experience or well-being. This place is a complete disaster, an overpriced, dirty, poorly managed mess. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs; it’s not worth the headache or the money.

Hosted a birthday party for my daughter and had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and patient. I know Chuck E. Cheese can get very hectic but everything seemed to go by smoothly.
Bought salad bar and lettuce was not available. Had to get a refund. Manager was great. Girl at register was not helpful. Asked how the cards work. She gave me 1 option and minimal information.
