Chuck E. Cheese

The manager was completely rude and hated his job. We ordered food and after an hour, we still did not receive it. I asked for a refund because that was ridiculous and it seemed like he wanted to argue. He finally gave me the cash back, and seemed like it personally came from his check. The salad bar was sparingly empty. No salad, no croutons, and half of the dressings were empty. It is very short staffed. They need to hire young people who actually want to work, not middle-aged, grouchy people. Salad plates were not given, as well as forks and when you asked for them, he was very mad. Almost all male staff, middle aged. Hated their job. I did not see one employee here today that was even semi happy to be here.

It was also really dirty. I never saw anyone cleaning anything.

Staff were nice. Didn't eat but ordered a large drink that looked like a small. Only 2 or 3 staff. Food others ordered looked like it took a minute to be served😓

This chuck e cheese smells like a sewer. Most of the games were broken and paid 80dollars for a waste of money. Employees try to up sell you on a garbage establishment. This one on Eastern terrible. Food order was not only gross but wrong can't follow directions

Brought our granddaughter in November 3rd to celebrate her birthday. The host who helped us was Aaron and just wanted to say he was amazing!

We were invited to a birthday party on Saturday, Oct 19, and to our surprise, it was not crowded. We went around 3 pm. All the games were working, and the pizza was hot and fresh. Kids had a lot of fun, and Chuck E. Cheese came out a few times and interacted with the kids. Definitely will bring my kids back here for some fun!

I just want to give sharlene & all of the chukie cheese staff members a big shoutout and thank you . They are always so sweet & helpful ,We bring my nephew to this specific one all time & he loves it .what a fun place !
