I recently had a birthday party for my daughter at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that the kids had a great time.

A huge thank-you to Ethereal, Lalah, Jon, Amir, and Chase. Each of them was incredibly helpful, patient, and upbeat. They checked on us often, helped keep the party organized, and made sure the birthday kid felt extra special. Their positive vibe and overall attention to detail was above expectations!

The food came out on time, the games were all working, and the whole place was clean and well-run. I couldn’t have asked for a better team or a better birthday experience. Thank you!

Best location in Las Vegas I’ve been to. Clean,helpful, and they have an actual play place. You do have to pay extra for the play place/trampoline area like the others.

Almost every game was broken... like always and the staff there wasn't too eager to help... they seemed short staffed. I remember loving this place. Don't think my child will grow up loving the cheese...

Manager John and our amazing host Sophia went above and beyond. Not just in service, but in spirit. They didn’t just host a party; they created a moment of belonging. My son lit up, our family felt celebrated, and for a while, the world felt simple again. Smiles, laughter, connection.

If you’ve been hesitant about going out, this is one of those few places where every penny feels multiplied by joy. They remind you that great service and genuine care still exist.... right here at Chuck E Cheese.

It’s so gross!! An employee just dropped an entire stack of cups ( 20+) on the dirty tiled floor by the register, then grabbed them and shoved them back into the slot to be handed out to customers! I said that is disgusting and you can’t do that! Then she started to walk away and I told another employee (who seemed to be in charge) and she told her something and threw them out. That’s def health code violation!! So nasty! Also smells line sewage! I suggest a health inspection!!

Great experience l! It was so easy hosting a party this year. I want to give a special shoutout to the G.O.A.T. @ this location, John he went above and beyond to help us during this event. Food was amazing everyone loved the pizza. Best thing everything was taken care of, the ultimate party is the best option for sure!

Thank you to the entire staff! My family and I always enjoy ourselves, from the games to the food.

Celebrated my grandson's 5th birthday there. It was great. The manager and the staff worked really hard and made it very special. We all had a great experience.

Food costs too much but my kids love it. I like the layout of this location.

Slow service checking in, but all the games worked through s time except the skeeball that didn't have balls.

As someone who loves Chuck E Cheese and their food, the experience I had today was incredibly disappointing. Myself and 4 other friends all entered this location with the intent to play a few games, but mostly looked forward to the food. We were greeted by a very rude man we were informed was the manager. He asked our ages, and after we responded that we were all over 18 (even offering ID), he rolled his eyes, sighed, and said we need a parent or guardian. We asked if we would at least be allowed to order for takeout, which he said yes to, before disappearing into the back. We had to ask a different employee to help us out. The cashier who helped us was very kind, but that is the last positive of this whole trip. We ordered 2 X-Large pizzas and a cookie, and the cheese pizza was covered in this blue sugar. I am very upset with not only the quality of the food, but the blatant disrespect from the management.
